Simple and practical, but a little expensive.

The service was good, agile and practical. On the other hand, I found it a little expensive. Still, very practical.

Availability and ease of purchase and use. Small problem when entering the locker opening code. Fortunately, a City Locker representative was on hand to explain...

There could be the possibility to inform the bag size and take a lower locker. If you are alone and needs to lift a 23kg bag estou the top locker, you can have some difficulties.
The system works very good and the location was nice.

A nuestra llegada a París fue bastante bien, aunque uno de los códigos no entraba bien. Pero el día que reservamos para la salida, nos encontramos una de las taquillas ocupada con otra maleta. Cuando al fin pudimos contactar con la empresa, Jeremy nos atendió muy bien a través de SMS, y pudimos colocar nuestro equipaje en otra taquilla que debió abrir él a distancia, pues el código que nos proporcionó tampoco funcionaba.
Deberían mejorar el sistema de apertura de las taquillas, pues la situación nos provocó una perdida de tiempo importante y el consiguiente nerviosismo. Aún así, Jeremy nos atendió eficazmente.

We wanted to book for 3 hours

Not happy paid for 4 lockers however when I went one was being used and was full of someone’s cases.
This is very unsafe as items could be stolen. And I have not been refunded either

poor communication on payment (it's not clear on the website that payment is exclusively online)

It says 2 Euros on the website it did cost us 15 euro per bag. just put the upfront price

Support never responded. So I would give them a very poor review for bad customer service

Before booking the lockers I talked to customer support. I told them we had 4 carry ons and 4 backpacks. They suggested we book 4 lockers. We only needed two. I asked for a refund. I have reached out to them several times without any response. I am not happy with the service.

The lockers are full of dirt. They should be cleaned daily. The size of the locker could be better specified before purchase. In our case, we paid for 2 lockers to put 3 suitcases in and then we saw that
everything would have fit perfectly in one locker.
Impossible to request a refund.

Thankful for these lockers being in existence, as we were not able to check into our Airbnb until late afternoon and arrived in Paris very early. 4 stars only because it took several tries to get the codes to work for our lockers but it worked out in the end. Definitely felt safe and secure with our bags there for several hours. And great location!

Easy to find , excellent troubleshooting

For tourist who don't have an international sim, the wifi didn't seem to work, it would be a better help if I could use the wifi to buy the locker for the bags, or even receive the codes. Codes were a bit finicky and hard to try the number pad was resetting constantly. All in all almost excellent.

The on line reservation is wellfunctioning. The digit codes and functioning at entry door and locker as well. The entry door could be better to handle, two pcs luggage and one person is not easy with a door you really have to push

Good idea and practical. The code on the door is the same code as for the lockers. Only one number needs to be added. I find this very insecure. A woman stood constantly at the code field. At first we thought she was looking for her own code because she was constantly doing something on her cell phone. Unfortunately, we were too careless at first and entered the code in front of the woman. Then she just squeezed through the door and was then in the room. She just stood at the code field the whole time and waited for us to enter our code and our luggage. So beware of scammers! The situation was too unsafe for us and unfortunately we couldn't use the locker. Waste of money.
