I mistakenly booked for 25th January instead of 25th February and asked Support whether the booking could be changed but have had no reply. I have now made a separate booking for 25th February and have asked Support whether I may have a refund for the January booking. I have had no reply whatsoever and am very disappointed.

Fairly close to airport bus and it was convenient.
It was helpful that the locker was reusable within the day. I stored my suitcase in the morning and came back to add some souvenir in the afternoon. Then eventually I collected the luggage in evening.

Very practical and easy to use (codes and instructions sent by message). However, a large hold suitcase + a cabin suitcase have a lot of trouble fitting into a single locker. We had to open the small suitcase to slide it open on one side. What's more, I find the prices far too high for one day. (15€)

Misinformation regarding the amount of luggage able to fit in locker resulted in us having to purchase a second locker upon arriving. This was further challenged by the fact that no cell reception is able to be accessed in the shop leaving me standing outside in rain trying to purchase locker online. Upon acquiring a second locker it was revealed that our designated locker was faulty and did not properly close. I then proceeded to contact helpline whilst standing outside in rain again only to find the helpline is only in french. Would give zero stars if I could!

Probabilmente c'era un guasto tecnico.
Alla fine ce ne siamo andati nel timore che al ritorno avremmo perso troppo tempo nel riaprirle.

That same day, I mistakenly made a reservation for the lockers at the train stations and near the Eiffel Tower. I immediately emailed to try to cancel the order. I received no reply to my request. Otherwise, the service is very practical. However, we didn't manage to enter ( first code didn't work. A nuestra llegada a París fue bastante bien, aunque uno de los códigos no entraba bien. Pero el día que reservamos para la salida, nos encontramos una de las taquillas ocupada con otra maleta. Cuando al fin pudimos contactar con la empresa, Jeremy nos atendió muy bien a través de SMS, y pudimos colocar nuestro equipaje en otra taquilla que debió abrir él a distancia, pues el código que nos proporcionó tampoco funcionaba.

The lockers are full of dirt. They should be cleaned daily. The size of the locker could be better specified before purchase. In our case, we paid for 2 lockers to put 3 suitcases in and then we saw that
