City-Locker Paris consistently delivers convenient, well-located lockers that are easy to use and secure, with clear directions and simple access via a door code. The lockers are described as spacious and practical, enabling multiple bags or backpacks to be stored comfortably, and the locations near major transit hubs or landmarks make drop-off and pick-up straightforward. Customers highlight quick and reliable service, intuitive interfaces, and a smooth experience from arrival to departure, with several noting the value and practicality for early arrivals or sightseeing days. Overall, the service is praised for reliability, accessibility, and peace of mind in securely storing belongings.
Simple solution to luggage storage. Getting lockers to open was tricky and took repeated attempts on each both when storing and retrieving. One locker never would open

Prompt customer service via email when I did not receive the code for the locker. At the location, the Wi-Fi network name and password were shown on the glass door; but, they did not work.

Easy to book, easy to use once you're there. A bit far from the nearest metro station if you've got to walk there. The link provided after the reservation is not spot on, just copy the address and paste it on the internet

Location was pretty good, only short walk to RoissyBus stop to get to the airport. Cleanliness could have been better, the flooring needs renovation at some point soon. Lockers itself worked well!

The quality of the lockers is very low. They are not safe at all. The door of one of the lockers had been broken in order to take the contents out. Since the doors are made of some sort of plywood it was not difficult to break it.

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hello First of all thank you for your message. No need to write a Hollywood scenario about the missing locker door, we assure you there was no intrusion and break-in but simply a door that is being repaired because a customer broke the lock with his suitcase... We assure you the lockers are very solid with 9 years of existence, there have never been any thefts. we remind you that all our premises are under alarm and video surveillance 24/24

The marketing online leads you to believe the service is cheaper than it actually is. It’s quite expensive and the locker is WAY to small! This service costed me more hassle then help. Will not use again.
Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hello Osei, On the site it is written From 2€, you have access to information on the site The price is €12.00/day per locker for one day (8:00-22:00). (€15.00/day on weekends and public holidays) For reservations of several days, the rates are decreasing. Some days benefit from promotions, which can go down to 2€/day.

I had no problems making the reservation, but when I needed they to help me bc my locker had problems, the guy who attended the call was really really rude and had me waiting around half hour for a code.
Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hello thank you for your message. We would like to clarify: you contacted the hotline because you could not enter your code to open your locker, it did not last 30 min as you indicate but much less because you stayed 3 min in the room. so our customer service helped you quickly as a reminder, our hotline is available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. 7 days a week

Not bad. Keypad is a bit temperamental - had to try unlock codes a few times
Lockers are slightly too small to comfortably fit a standard large check in suitcase. The suitcase fits (on an angle), but does not allow for much else to fit, or certainly not a second suitcase. If you have a large check in suitcase and other baggage, suggest booking two lockers
Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hello thank you for your message Here are the elements concerning the size of the locker as it appears on the site and which allows you to know what you can put in the locker. The size of our lockers is 85*61*48cm, which allows you to leave up to 3 bags or 3 cabin suitcases or a large suitcase and a small bag.

Location is quite rocked down and needs renovation.
No warning of stairs from gare de l‘est which is highly annoying
Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris

Very practical when the trains are at the end of the day and the hotels/apartments have to be returned early. However, the locker had a problem retrieving our luggage: the code given didn't work, so a person inside had to open it for me. Same problem with the locker code, this time we had to do it 3 times before they opened.

Very practical, only hitch: it's not clear whether you have to check out when you take your things out of the locker or whether the reservation runs out automatically at the end of the day. Perhaps there should be a check-out process?

The codes only work one time out of three, I thought I'd never have access to my locker, the price is really high for what it is and the locker codes aren't very secure, apart from that, everything remains functional so usable.
