I had no problems making the reservation, but when I needed they to help me bc my locker had problems, the guy who attended the call was really really rude and had me waiting around half hour for a code.

Not bad. Keypad is a bit temperamental - had to try unlock codes a few times
Lockers are slightly too small to comfortably fit a standard large check in suitcase. The suitcase fits (on an angle), but does not allow for much else to fit, or certainly not a second suitcase. If you have a large check in suitcase and other baggage, suggest booking two lockers

Very practical when the trains are at the end of the day and the hotels/apartments have to be returned early. However, the locker had a problem retrieving our luggage: the code given didn't work, so a person inside had to open it for me. Same problem with the locker code, this time we had to do it 3 times before they opened.

Realmente sencillo de contratar, precios claros, app intuitiva y sencilla, al momento se recibe sms con códigos, la verdad es que el servicio está muy bien y muy cómodo de usar. Las taquillas muy bien, contraté dos, y si lo se contrato sólo una, cabían cuatro troleys perfectamente y una mochila, el espacio es generoso.

The locker must be rented online, with access codes provided by an email. Other customers had more trouble than we did understanding the system; they didn't realise they had to check theri emails and were waiting for a text message.
The lockers are a generous size; we easily fitted 2 people's carry-on luggage into 1 locker.

All went fine but that it closes at 10 pm is strange, and not really normal, we had to rush to make it in time to our luggage. Also, a deposit at the train station is much cheaper (about 3 times, with choice of locker size), and seems safer and more conveninet (with no time limit and a person present).

In the end, it's not 2euros but 15 euros. So once you get there with your suitcase, there's no turning back.
