Once order, it can't cancel or change the order date or locker position. It's not conveniant for our trip.

Very useful in transit, despite a code that's hard to type.

It was difficult to open our locker on the way back. We had to do the code at least 6-7 quietly.

Fine, but it's expensive all the same (€15 a day, even though it was marked €2 at the start on the website). What's more, they make it look like it's open 24 hours a day, but it closes at 10 pm. And the codes take a long time to type in to access the lockers, not to mention being impractical. It took me 10 minutes to open my locker because I apparently typed in the code wrong, and there's no clear way of knowing whether I've made a mistake, when to start typing in my code again, and so on. In short, I have mixed feelings.

Lost my access codes, and nobody on the phone to answer me. Taken by time because we had an appointment, we had to pay again to rent new lockers...

Very easy to use application. Code received very quickly by email and sms.

Worst ever - they did not reimburse me for an excess locker

Lockers are spacious and can accommodate two small carry-on suitcases and a hand bag. System with codes works like a charm.

Pratique car bien placé. Par contre il faut s'y reprendre à plusieurs fois avant que les codes fonctionnent. Cela peut être (très) stressant . Je recommande de prévoir un peu de marge de temps, au cas où...

Easy booking and easy use. But it's expensive if you only need the locker room for a few hours.

Locker area was secure with no issues. My only complaints are to the company, that there is no hourly rate for people who only needs to leave their bags for a few hours not the full day but have to pay the full day rate. Also that if I’m paying the full day rate, I should be able to come and open the locker as needed throughout the day since I paid for the full day.

Goede maat locker, kunnen gemakkelijk 3 van die kleine handbagage koffertjes in. Betalen kan helaas niet met Ideal, dat was een beetje jammer. Wel met PayPal maar dan moet je wel je wachtwoord weten op vakantie

Buen servicio pero caro comparado con otras ciudades de Europa.

Good set up, easy to book, passwords for premises and lockers easy to use.
Lockers can take 1 large + 1 medium suitcase + bag.
Some lockers are higher and might be tricky for lifting heavy luggage.
Pay attention to hours of access.
Overall good service.

The keypad is jammed so typing in the code is not easy. Also, everywhere they advertise "From €2" but it's minimum €15 for a day, so that's false advertising which is not right.
But good service if you're desperate :)

Excellent service. We store our luggage in the Le Halles location. Be aware that the address is not in the mall but like 8 minutes walk so if you need a train for/from the airport you need to take the time and the distance in consideration

Everything went fine, but the prices should be different according to the time you need to keep the suitcases. You pay the same if you use the locker the entire day or half a day or even one hour and it doesn't make sense. Also, the day you pay shouldn't end at 10pm, it also doesn't make sense since it's an automatic place and you pay an entire day of locker.

The front door opened only after contacting the customer service. But they helped immediately.

No service, it was all self-service. Happy to pay the fine as it was my fault but nothing can be done till the next day was ridiculous. This is supposed to bring convenience but it’s the other way around.

Thank you for asking about my experience. Overall, they are rather negative. When we entered the room, other users were already desperately trying to open their lockers. Our Locker also did not open after several attempts. The keypad does not allow for a reset or input correction. Only after I entered the code in the entrance door again did the Locker open. Apparently, the system cannot process several customers at the same time. The input device at the front door does not always react correctly and is much too old. No one could be reached personally at the hotline number. The price should at least be chosen gradually depending on the rental period. Overall, I would think twice before using this service again.

After I had put the luggage in the compartment, I wanted to try opening it again for later, just to be on the safe side. Well, the code I entered was no longer accepted and the compartment could no longer be opened. But the code I entered was definitely correct. To be honest, I also had the feeling that someone in the background was having fun and deliberately not accepting the code. I was able to open it a few hours later, but City Locker definitely ruined the last day of my holiday, because the whole time I couldn't be sure that I would be able to get my luggage out again in time. I was thinking about my luggage the whole time. Next time, I will use the locker at the station.

There's nothing to say about safety and cleanliness. However, it's a bit expensive and it's a pity not to have the choice of the time needed for parking. But the lockers are a good idea.

I had problems with opening my locker so I tried to contact the service multiple times within the opening hours. I called as well as wrote an email but did not get any answer. Fortunately, I managed to handle the situation on my own, but for 12 euros that I paid I should have received the help I needed immediately.

Suggests it is present at Chatelet les Halles, in fact it is 10 minutes aeay from it.

Lockers were great but the codepanel on the frontdoor was old and from times to times the door didn't open even when the code was right

I traveled to Paris in late May and had several hours before I could check into my Air BnB and didn’t want to haul my bags everywhere. I used the Châtelet - Les Halles lockers for several hours. It was close by to the major tourist spots. I booked online and didn’t get a code for the door/locker immediately but emailed the company with my confirmation booking # and they resent a code in the following hour. I would use this company again and recommend for luggage storage.

Not very ergonomic on the mobile.

Perfect but a bit expensive.

Very easy to book. Very small room with no air. Difficult to operate the code to open both the access door and the locker for depositing suitcases.
