Easy to use. A bit pricey, but it was nice to be able to leave my bags for the day and access them multiple times. Customer service was quick to help when I needed it too. Would recommend.

I could not go to the locker because it is far from the Eiffel Tower and therefore can not give you my opinion except that they responded unfavorably to my request for refund.

I would like to remind you that you contacted us via our hotline and by e-mail to inform us that you no longer had time to drop off your suitcases in the locker you had reserved. We are located at 29 rue de l'exposition 75007 Paris, a 5-minute walk from the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower. In your case, we are unable to issue a refund as explained above. Everything was easy to do. The locker floor could have been a little bit cleaner; there was some slight debris in the bottom, probably from suitcase wheels. But I’m very picky about cleanliness, so would probably be fine for most people.
My bag was fine in the end and I had no problems. Would probably use again.
