Very convenient access and well located. BUT when you arrive with a 20kg suitcase and have a locker up high, it's very difficult! It would be good to ask if you want a locker on the bottom or if it doesn't matter.

After the credit card was charged, confirmation email was sent with passcode section saying ERROR. Contacted emergency phone number but got auto-reply and cut off. This was Thursday afternoon, normal working hours. I was not able to use the locker at all, and still the card was charged. Extremely frustrated with the experience.no star.

sorry for the problem you have had.
When you place your booking someone else was doing in the same time and we only have 1 locker left.
The payment of the other one reach first our system and give them the locker. We have send you mail right away and make the refund int the same time.
We are of course so sorry for that but those are things that can happened.

I thought the locker was at Gare de Lyon, but in fact it is in Bastille, which is a bit further away. The information on the website is not clear and is confusing.

The lock of the locker n.11 does not work properly, it can be opened just pulling the door of the locker.

Très pratique, assez volumineux, suffisant pour trois valises cabines. L'usage est très simple. L'unique bémol c'est l'impossibilité de louer par heure. On a dû payer 12 euros la journée pour 4 heures.

The locker is called "Châtelet - Les Halles" but it's actually miles away from the station. We had to walk twenty minutes carrying the bags to get to the place, which is so minuscule you have to take turns to open the lockers, otherwise you can't fit in

Good opinion even though the door was open when we arrived. It would be advisable for the terminal where the key is placed to be protected with some kind of casing. The code can be guessed from the outside because it is not protected.

J'ai pu ranger ma valise en toute sécurité donc le locker a parfaitement rempli sa mission, cependant à chaque fois que j'ai essayé de rentrer dans le local (4fois en tout) j'ai dû taper plusieurs fois le code et prendre bien 3/4min au minimum pour rentrer. En dehors de ça, le code pour ouvrir le casier a tout de suite marché et c'était très pratique

I thought this was a brilliant find as our hotel was an hours walk from the train station so leaving our bags was brilliant. I will say that I thought it quite expensive as daily rate when we only needed it for about 6 hours but ultimately it was worth it to not have to keep our bags all day or go back to collect them later from the hotel.

Regarding the price, it is from 12€ for 14 hours for up to 4 luggages means 0,22€/hours/luggage for a full day rent.
We guarantee you won't find a cheaper price in Paris unless you leave your luggage at a friend's apartment :)!

Safe, but the locker was smaller than expected and my luggage didn't fit. Be aware that the locks located on the doors make you loose a couple of cm in width. If your luggage size is similar to the locker size, it may not fit.
