Useful and price was ok but the outside door code wasn't working when we came to pick up. Caught the door as someone was leaving so we were ok.

We guarantee you won't find a cheaper price in Paris unless you leave your luggage at a friend's apartment :)!

Very convenient lockers between Gare du nord and Gare de l'est. It works with codes received by email, there is no staff on site.

it was easy to find and get to, however the door wouldn’t unlock when we got back to collect our stuff, it took about 10 minutes to unlock the door. overall it was very easy though

Very good location, in my case in Notre Dame. Easy to get the reservation online and to open the locker. The locker is very big, I used for 2 big backpack and 1 carryon

We used city locker twice in Paris this time: Notre Dame and Montparnasse. The former is a bit dated and the door would not let us in when we went to pick up our luggage near the closing time. We had a bit of a moment because they did not answer the phone, it was late and the code did not work. After some time the door opened.
The later, Montparnasse City Locker, is more modern, seems cleaner and everything worked well. The location is very close to the Gare Montparnasse. The service is expensive in comparison with the Gare the Lyon service, which was very good and handy.

The door to enter the room was open when we wanted to collect our luggage. Everybody could enter, not very protecting… For the rest is was perfect and worked easily!

We are sorry if you found our service expensive, we always try to offer the best service at the best price available by guaranteeing you the highest level of SECURITY for your luggage. However, you dropped off your luggage at 12:32 and picked it up at 17:11, i.e. almost 5 hours of use, i.e. an average of 2.4 euros per hour, certainly for several pieces of luggage. I challenge you to find a cheaper service in Paris, unless you drop off your luggage at a friend's! Hope to see you again at CITY-LOCKER!

I love the concept of city locker. great location. But i'm 4"9 and was auto assigned the top locker. I had a lot of trouble lifting my large suitcase above my head to get it in. Took me many tries. Add stools maybe, or the ability to select top or bottom preference in the future.

Bonjour not sure to understand what you say. Our CITY-LOCKER are closed from 10 pm to 8:00 am under alarma and video so that is is impossible for people to sleep in. Are you sure your are talking about us? Thank you

El sitio está bien, y es fácil acceder con los códigos, pero tuvimos que alquilar dos taquillas porque en una no cabían, llevábamos dos de cabina pequeñas y otra un poquito más grande, así que 30€ por 3 maletas y un total de 3h que estuvieron es algo caro. Pero si vas con un par de cabina y aprovechas el día completo te compensa .

While it was easy to navigate and close to the station, it did not fit as much as it said it could so I was required to buy two lockers.

This dimension is suitable for most large suitcases and should allow to fit up to 4 small luggages international IATA format (55 x 35 x 20cm) so that the number that can feat in on luggage depends of your locker size. So our lockers can feat up tu 4 luggaes ONLY and ONLY if the size of locker ins under or equal to the IATA format (55 x 35 x 20cm)

THE LOCATION OF CITY LOCKER ON GOOGLE IS NOT GOOD (the address is on a street parallel to the right street). The door of the locker where I put my suitcase closes very badly. Otherwise everything went well.
