The apartment for 4 people was supposed to have a bedroom separated by a door, a large table and a large living area, which was not the case.

We are sorry if you have found our service expensive, we always try to offer the best service at the best price available by guaranteeing you the highest level of SECURITY for your luggage. We can never do enough to keep your most precious possessions SAFE. You used your locker from 12:20 to 17:35, i.e. over 5 hours, and paid €15, i.e. €3 per hour, for a locker that can hold up to 4 pieces of luggage. I'm not sure you'll find anything cheaper in Paris :) Looking forward to seeing you again at CITY-LOCKER

Hello , Thank you for using our service. Regarding the price, it is from 15€ for 14 hours for up to 4 luggages means 0,22€/hours/luggage for a full day rent. We guaranty you won't find a cheaper price in Paris unless you leave your luggage to a friend apartment :)! The best of the luggage storage options! Super convenient and safe, you get a full day (on the day I needed storage, a Sunday, all the other sites were only offering storage from 11am or until 3/4pm), and the location was really close to Gare du Nord. Easy to book and easy to use. Would recommend!

Great price, location and the lockers have a lot of space. We were 3 friends and we shared just one. Just be careful because the place closes at 22pm.

I was very pleased with everything! Entry was quick and easy, the lockers were spacious, and everything was clearly explained. The only thing I would have preferred is a more detailed depiction of the locker sizes—something beyond just the dimensions.

Great location, great security (double locked doors--one in main entrance, and one for the locker). Easy to use and reminds me of Japan's storage lockers. Would have been nice to have options for timed options if people only want to use it temporarily (a few hours, half a day, full day), but I understand the increased logistics in operations and security for that option. Overall, would highly recommend again.
