We couldn't open the door for 5 minutes and when we called the emergency phone it was an answering machine.

Estaba en la puerta del locker de una calle cerca a chatelet, lo he comprado por internet y cuando lo he pagado, me salía que tenía que dirigirme a otra calle súper lejos y no me daba tiempo ir. Perdí el dinero.

You should have called the hotline open form 8:00 to 10:00 pm that will have helped you or makje another booking for the good location and ask for the refund of the other. Very interesting service so that you don't have to walk around with your bags between leaving the hotel and waiting for the train, but the price is exorbitant: €15 for 3 hours is really too much!

Fácil de usar e muito seguro por ser totalmente automático, o armário é grande, coube 2 malas pequenas de bordo e duas mochilas de costas. Pelo valor compensou e a localização é próxima da estação Gare du Nord. Recomendo se houver mais de duas malas, para duas ou uma mala é possível encontrar alternativas mais baratas
