This was a very safe, easy, flexible way to store luggage while we waited to check in. It was nice knowing that the bags were secure. The codes were easy to use - just be sure to enter each number slowly so that it registers correctly.

Easy to use, the cameras in and outside the store let me feel better about utilizing the service since it wasn't supervised by a human at all times. I hope there are monthly check ups on the lockers themselves, because I saw one locker was not opening for a couple that had paid money and received the code for their locker - which just wasn't working for them.

Hello Genevieve, Thank you very much for entrusting us with your luggage, we are sorry if you found our service expensive, we always try to offer the best service at the best price available given that our rates are for lockers and not per baggage and that you can put up to 4 bags per locker or maximum 3.75€ per baggage for a day (8:00-22:00). Simple enough to use and allows you to have autonomy. Location is great and the facility was clean. When we arrived, the front door was not locked as it should have been so a level of protection was removed. I emailed the company and never heard back.

Customer service is really great! I made several mistakes, the first being booking on the wrong day. Customer service helped us and reimbursed us. Then some problems to get out of the luggage room, the customer service person helped us kindly despite a difficult situation due to fatigue.The next time I'm in Paris I will not hesitate to rent from city locker. Very smooth process - book and pay online, get a personal code for the locker via text, turn up and store suitcases, very easy! When you're ready to collect your suitcases, it's very easy to do so, and the great thing is that it's a 5 minute walk from Gare du Nord! It was great for us!

There was a problem opening the luggage box. I received codes by email and sms. The code to open the door worked right away. But the code to open the box didn't work. There was only an answering machine on the given phone number. But after a while a man called me back. I gave my name to the booking and the box was unlocked, the code to open the box was now working properly. We lost an additional quarter of an hour and some stress. In the end, everything worked out. To sum up, I recommend this system. There was a problem, but it was solved quite efficiently.

Super einfach und schnell gebucht. Der Ablauf war auf einwandfrei. Zugangscode kommt per Email und SMS.
Was ich serh angenehm fand war, dass die Schließfächer nicht irgendwo öffentlich zugänglich herum stehen sondern in einem mit Passwort geschützen Geschäft waren. Man hatte ein sehr sicheres Gefühl. Jederzeit wieder! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis meiner Meinung top. Ein Tag für 15,- € finde ich für den Service mehr als in Ordnung.
