Very easy to book! The information is clear and provided right after the reservation is completed.
Easy to use and very safe! We will definitely use it again.
Also, the location is very convenient (close to the station, 5 minutes walk at most).

Hello and thank you for using our service. The keyboard is indeed sometimes a little "capricious". Its replacement is programmed. We look forward to seeing you again at one of our City Locker locations.

The locker was much smaller than we expected. The description said it could hold two suitcases and two back packs. We could barely get our two suitcases in the locker. We had to carry our backpacks with us.

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris Published on 20/10/2023

Hello, Joanne Thanks for using our service and sorry it does not reach your expectations. We take good note of your comments. The lockers size is : The size of the lockers is W 48 cm x H 61 cm x D 85 cm. This dimension is suitable for most large suitcases and should allow to fit up to 4 small luggages international IATA format (55 x 35 x 20 cm) or 1 big luggage and a small bag. We don't know where you find those information that t could hold two suitcases and two back packs. Have a nice day and a nice week-end and once again thanks for using our service and we hope we'll have the pleasure of welcoming you again in one of our 6 locations in Paris. City-Locker's Team

Very easy experience. There was a bit of a line to get in, but I imagine it was due to a surge of early morning travelers. Once inside we entered our reservation number with no issue and were out in two minutes.

Try to show better relation between the expressed sizes of the luggage that fits, my carry on and the big luggage couldn't enter in the same space.
