Terrible experience. The locker was broken, actually sign-posted as broken, and customer support did not answer when we called. We rented from UseBounce instead, which was great, and Citylocker refused to provide a refund. Avoid.

Hello When you call the hotline, you receive a text message, just answer it. Just answer it to get help from the hotline otherwise we don't know your question In addition, after verification, it turns out that the locker works very well and has no information note indicating that it is defective... it was checked on October 28 and it was perfectly functional in summer since he served on the 29th the 30th November 1st .... You just have to talk about the deposit that tells you how the locker closes .... I also notice contrary to what you say that the very exceptional reimbursement has already been made. Your message therefore does not reflect the truth and only serves to harm you and oddly our competitor (one could believe that you work for them)

It's quick and self service. If you read the instructions right you will not have a problem. They emphasise their opening and closing time and as it is all automated, don't expect them to wait for 5 minutes additional. The size to keep luggage was alright - I could fit one large bag in one and in the second I fit medium size + small (x2).

It's a great idea and a great service, as you don't have to carry your luggage around with you. On the other hand, it works in situ, but you have to hang on! The buttons aren't very sensitive, and the bios are inaudible. Clearer instructions would be a big plus!

Very good opportunity to store luggage on arrival or departure day while visiting the Tour Eiffel and explore the neighbourhood. Easy to access, easy to handle, fast to be booked. Highly recommend and would definitely do it again!

I found it was very expensive (way more than the advertising said: 15€ per locker, when the ad stated "from 2€"). But we were already there with our luggage, so we paid for it. Instructions were not clear enough and we did not know how to operate. Fortunately, with other people's help we were able to figure it out. When we picked up our luggage, we had to help other people with the same problem. On the positive side, the place was fine and the lockers in very good condition.
