Too expensive for what it is. No possibility to choose a few hours so obliged to pay 15 euro.

Hello, thank you for sharing your opinion with us, the prices of our lockers can be consulted on the website before booking and they are very reasonable. It is important to note that the price indicated corresponds to the price per locker and that they can accommodate up to 4 suitcases but we are sorry if they did not suit you. In addition, we offer a sliding scale of charges, down to 2 euros per day if you book for several days. We wish you an excellent day and hope to see you soon in one of our spaces.

The site was easy to use. The first time I purchased a locker here I did it last minute by smartphone while standing in front of the building. It only took a minute or two after the credit card transaction for the key code for the door to activate.

The code is very obvious, so I worry people could guess any code’s locker and steal what’s inside.

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris Published on 03/02/2023

Hello Romane, Thank you for your opinion, Regarding the code for the lockers, please notice that every customer has an individual code and for the several days booking, the code for each person changes everyday. Your luggages safety is our priority. CityLocker's Team wishes you a great day and hope to see you again in one of our storages.

I could not believe that my locker password was same as the main door password. Are you fking kidding me?

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris Published on 30/01/2023

Hello Hong, Thank you for opinion, the locker code and the door code are not exactly the same, you have two more numbers and one additional # for the locker code, they are personal for each person and are changing everyday. We hope to see you again in one of our storages very soon ! Have a nice day.

I mistakenly booked for 25th January instead of 25th February and asked Support whether the booking could be changed but have had no reply. I have now made a separate booking for 25th February and have asked Support whether I may have a refund for the January booking. I have had no reply whatsoever and am very disappointed.

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris Published on 30/01/2023

Hello Alan, Sorry for the late answer, we are actually making the refund for your January 25th booking, you will receive it very soon. We hope to see you again in one of our storages very soon, have a great day !
