Hello, thank you for sharing your opinion. The prices of our lockers can be found on our website and they are really reasonables. It’s important to notice that the indicated price matches the price by locker which can contain up to 4 suitcases but we are sorry if the prices didn’t fit your expectations. Furthermore, the price for some days can decrease down to 2 euros if you book for several days. We wish you a very good day and we hope to see you again in one of our storages very soon.

Very practical and easy to use (codes and instructions sent by message). However, a large hold suitcase + a cabin suitcase have a lot of trouble fitting into a single locker. We had to open the small suitcase to slide it open on one side. What's more, I find the prices far too high for one day. (15€)

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hello Axelle, Thank you for your opinion and for visiting our locker. However, our lockers can accommodate up to 3 pieces of cabin luggage (IATA standards), so the total size of your two pieces of luggage exceeded the storage capacity of one locker. Furthermore, the prices of our lockers can be consulted on the website before booking, and they are very reasonable. It is important to note that the price indicated corresponds to the price per locker and that they can accommodate up to 4 suitcases, but we are sorry if they did not suit you. In addition, we offer a sliding scale of charges, down to 2 euros per day if you book for several days. We wish you an excellent day and hope to see you soon in one of our spaces.

Wrong information on pricing and it is way too expensive. In the website it says that it is 2€ daily, based on that I went to the place and found out that I have to pay 15€ instead. I feel tricked. And 15€ is too much.

Very easy to locate and book a locker. Very secure method and was a handy way of storing our luggage due to having a flight booked later on that night which saved us having to take our luggage around with us all day whilst site-seeing.

Misinformation regarding the amount of luggage able to fit in locker resulted in us having to purchase a second locker upon arriving. This was further challenged by the fact that no cell reception is able to be accessed in the shop leaving me standing outside in rain trying to purchase locker online. Upon acquiring a second locker it was revealed that our designated locker was faulty and did not properly close. I then proceeded to contact helpline whilst standing outside in rain again only to find the helpline is only in french. Would give zero stars if I could!
Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hello, Thank you for your opinion, Regarding our locker's size, you can fit 4 cabin luggage according to the IATA standard or one large suitcase. Furthermore, you could have reach our hotline (which is available in French, Enligsh and Spanish) and we would have changed your defaulting locker. CityLocker's team wish you a great day !

Very convenient.
Cheaper than other lockers, but the lockers in Paris are expensive.
They are big and hold a lot.
I wish there were more lockers in convenient places, like near bus stops.

That same day, I mistakenly made a reservation for the lockers at the train stations and near the Eiffel Tower. I immediately emailed to try to cancel the order. I received no reply to my request. Otherwise, the service is very practical. However, we didn't manage to enter ( first code didn't work. Fortunately, at both baggage drop-off and baggage claim, customers let us in and we were able to use the code to open the locker. As I said earlier, this is the Eifel Tower locker. OLIVIER
