You preferred to come at closing time it's your choice but you knew there was a risk when you arrived at the door at 9:59 p.m. and 33 seconds the hour is the hour, after the hour it is not the hour anymore Our security service has asked you to leave the room because the alarm has gone off and has warned you that the Police will intervene because the alarm is ringing... This story is less Hollywood than yours, but it aims to tell the truth.

You could have contacted our hotline open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day, we could have reassured you directly and explained how to do it, especially since you had reserved 3 lockers and only used one... Security is not a detail for us it is the most important element, this is why our lockers and premises are checked every week, a personal code for the door and for each locker is assigned to you and changes every days. You cannot enter the room without a code.
