You put your luggage in an open locker when you arrived without checking on your booking confirmation that it was your assigned one and dialing your deposit code. So that when the person who has this locker arrived and saw luggage inside he empty it. City locker works like an hotel! When you book you are assigned a code and a locker. The drop off process worked as expected. However, the pickup process did not.
The code to unlock the outer door to the room did not work. It seemed the push buttons may not have been working for some digits. The only way to get assistance was to make a local call and leave a message. After we did that, we kept trying our unlock code. The door then opened. We have no idea if it was due to remote assistance or the code suddenly worked. If you use this service, be sure to have a method to make local calls in Paris from your mobile, and allow extra time for the pick up.

I got the locker num2 the closure is a bit haphazard. I close it, then I try to pull it with my hand and the closure comes undone and the locker opens. I've done this several times, and sometimes it closes well, and sometimes it opens by itself. So technically it's dangerous. But I've left my stuff there without a worry. The size of the locker is smaller than in the ad.

Jeez this was scary. We used two lockers for 2 hours. I got nervous and went back to pull our stuff out and upon returning noticed that another locker had been ripped open (the locker doors are particle board). Another couple walked in and asked us about our experience as they were weary of the security as well. They had paid for a locker but never got a code emailed in. They had to call customer service for the locker combo and while we were there the punched in the number and their locker was filled with someone else’s stuff! I’m not kidding. Company gave out someone’s locker combo to another customer and a locker was broken into in the span of two hours that we used the service. Very scary and super lucky we got away unscathed. Avevo capito che il locker fosse dentro la stazione.
Oltre a ciò, sia in fase di deposito che in fase di ritiro, ho dovuto effettuare 4/5 tentativi prima di riuscire. Oltre a me anche un altro gruppi di persone che stava effettuando il deposito. Sarebbe molto utile avere un display che mostri il codice che si sta immettendo (al limite, per sicurezza, cifrato...giusto per capire se non sono rimasti in memoria altri caratteri).
Con 6 euro avrei potuto depositare i bagagli in un negozio...a 15 euro mi aspettavo molto molto meglio!!!

Simple enough to use and allows you to have autonomy. Location is great and the facility was clean. When we arrived, the front door was not locked as it should have been so a level of protection was removed. I emailed the company and never heard back.

There was a problem opening the luggage box. I received codes by email and sms. The code to open the door worked right away. But the code to open the box didn't work. There was only an answering machine on the given phone number. But after a while a man called me back. I gave my name to the booking and the box was unlocked, the code to open the box was now working properly. We lost an additional quarter of an hour and some stress. In the end, everything worked out. To sum up, I recommend this system. There was a problem, but it was solved quite efficiently.

When I booked the locker, I did not pay attention to the luggages’ dimensions mentioned. Such information should be clear - it is mentioned below the renting date (you have to scroll down to see it).
So anyway, i could not fit my luggage in the locker, and there was no one there to discuss about the refund or cancellation - it is a self service I guess.

Cette dimension convient à la plupart des grandes valises et peut contenir jusqu'à 4 bagages cabine format international IATA (55 x 35 x 20 cm). Les dimensions figurent en pages d’accueil de notre site sous forme de texte et de GIF afin de vous alerte sur les dimensions des casiers ce qui vous a apparement échappé, ce que nous regrettons. Perhaps I didn't look carefully beforehand, but it was noted that this cuty locker was located in Chatelet, but it was still a 20min walk from the Chatelet metro station. It would be better to find out which metro station was closest to the cuty locker, i.e. Réaumur Sébastopol or Arts et Métiers. The walking time with luggage was long... once there, everything went very smoothly, nothing to complain about.

The codes aren’t secure at all, it is the door code plus your locker number and if anyone catches on, they can just access your locker very easily.
