This was a really easy way for us to leave our luggage safely between checkout and our train ride. We signed up the night before, got our codes quickly, and were able to access the lockers without issue the next morning. Two lockers was just right for our family of four (four large carryon size suitcases and four backpacks).

Was very easy and quick to use, locker was big enough for a middle size bag and 2 smaller backpacks. Close to the train station, easy to find. But the lockers in the train station are actually cheaper than this offer.

Easy booking, good location for the stations, the security of the door code and locker code system needs to be made clearer, are they unique to each user, or could anyone entering the lockers that day open any locker, because that's what it felt like.

Brilliant service. We used two different locations and had a flawless experience both times. It's very easy to get in and open the lockers, both the lockers and the store spaces are very clean and the whole thing feels very secure. I would 100% recommend City Locker and will definitely be using them next time I'm in Paris.

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hello Audrey, Thank you for sharing your opinion with us. We are sorry if the location of our locker did not suit you. However, the addresses of the lockers are clearly indicated on the website just before you make a reservation, along with a Google Maps map showing the location in terms of time and distance from your departure point. We wish you a pleasant day and hope to see you soon in one of our lockers.

Lockers can only fit 2 medium size bags - larger than carry on but not super big. Will only fit one big suitcase. Everything worked well.
