Fantastic service for when you have to check out of accommodation early but do not have to travel until later in the day. Very easy set up and pay for the locker and they are a decent size - we put 4 overhead cabin sized suitcases and 2 small bags in ours. Decently priced too. Code is sent via text & email and we found the locker area very secure.

Der Locker ist vom Bahnhof gut zu erreichen. Es ist gut, dass der Raum nur mit einem Code betreten werden, der zuvor auf's Smartphone geschickt wurde. Der Locker selbst ist ebenfalls nur mit einem Code zu öffnen und ist sehr geräumig.

We couldn't open the door for 5 minutes and when we called the emergency phone it was an answering machine.

It is an excellent idea. Good location, the price could be better or for the same price it should allow us to have the luggage there until later since no one is probably using it during the night.

Estaba en la puerta del locker de una calle cerca a chatelet, lo he comprado por internet y cuando lo he pagado, me salía que tenía que dirigirme a otra calle súper lejos y no me daba tiempo ir. Perdí el dinero.

You should have called the hotline open form 8:00 to 10:00 pm that will have helped you or makje another booking for the good location and ask for the refund of the other. A great option when all of Paris awaits, and your Airbnb booking hasn't yet begun or you want one more afternoon to vist your favorite spots before heading to the airport. But...every time I entered (four times in all), it took 5 or 6 attempts each time--by myself and other travelers--to access the shop.
I pushed the "Clear" button, which was not obviously marked, and nothing happened. After many attempts, it finally worked...I still don't know why, since it was the same action each time.
In the written instructions, "Deposit Code" might better be translated as "Locker Access Code." And "Deposit Number" as "Locker Number."
We strangers discussed in English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish how to access both the building and the lockers. A group effort proved successful.
I will absolutely use this service again!
