I needed to keep my luggage for 1 hour but Citylocker charged me for one day with a time limit until 22:00h. If i need to keep my luggage until 22:30 i would need to pay for a second day!

Hello , Thank you for using our service. Regarding the price, it is from 12€ for 14 hours for up to 4 luggages means 0,22€/hours/luggage for a full day rent. Super easy and straight forward service. Communication prior with all the necessary information made for stress free use of services. Would recommend. The large locker size is huge, could have fit our suitcase and backpack into one locker.

入口の暗所番号はゆっくり押さないといけない、押せてるか不安になるが押すとかすかに聞こえる音を頼りにするといい。
申し込んだロッカーのサイズと、実際のロッカーのサイズが違ったので、用心した方がいい。
預けられるのは便利。

Hello Daniella, Thanks for sharing your opinion, The problem you have had is that you have used someone else locker. You put your luggage in an open locker when you arrived without checking on your booking confirmation that it was your assigned one and dialing your deposit code. So that when the person who has this locker arrived and saw luggage inside he empty it. City locker works like an hotel! When you book you are assigned a code and a locker. So please next time use your personal and not someone else. we hope to see you again in one of our storages very soon. Have a good day.

The Locker is close to the metro and on a quiet street, which is a positive thing. The space is well organized and clean, everything went well. I just wish there were different sizes, my suitcase was small so a smaller space at a lower price would be interesting.

Very convenient! We were staying in an AirBnb that was on the 4th floor with no elevator and had heavy luggage. This was a great solution. The only negative is that it opens at 8am, which made me cut it close getting to the airport in time. Since it's unmanned, not sure why there have to be specific hours. Otherwise, it was the first time I used a place like this and I would definitely do it again!!

Locker service was great, it was near to the station, we had out code and all went well.
