I would have liked to have been able to choose a lower locker as I was travelling alone and I am a woman of a certain age so it would have been difficult to fit a heavy suitcase in an upper locker.

Easy to find from Gare du Nord and everything very simple once we got to the store - bear in mind this is a self service store, no staff are present.
Luckily I had written down the codes we needed to access the store and our pre-booked locker as I couldn't get online on my phone, and all the info was on my emails.
No issues otherwise, would use again if we ever needed to.
