Flight change problem, I was unable to use the loker and I did not have the opportunity to get my money back. In 2022 this trade policy is not eligible.

Way to expensive! I had to leave my bag there because they wouldn’t let me in at the Opera, and 12€ for over one hour? Excesive, they should have an hourly rate, too!

Hello daniela, On the site it is written From 2€, you have access to information on the site The price is €12.00/day per locker for one day (8:00-22:00). (€15.00/day on weekends and public holidays) For reservations of several days, the rates are decreasing. Some days benefit from promotions, which can go down to 2€/day.

Terrible experience. The locker was broken, actually sign-posted as broken, and customer support did not answer when we called. We rented from UseBounce instead, which was great, and Citylocker refused to provide a refund. Avoid.

You just have to talk about the deposit that tells you how the locker closes .... I also notice contrary to what you say that the very exceptional reimbursement has already been made. Your message therefore does not reflect the truth and only serves to harm you and oddly our competitor (one could believe that you work for them)
