Was very easy and quick to use, locker was big enough for a middle size bag and 2 smaller backpacks. Close to the train station, easy to find. But the lockers in the train station are actually cheaper than this offer.

Easy booking, good location for the stations, the security of the door code and locker code system needs to be made clearer, are they unique to each user, or could anyone entering the lockers that day open any locker, because that's what it felt like.

Lockers can only fit 2 medium size bags - larger than carry on but not super big. Will only fit one big suitcase. Everything worked well.

It was a great place to leave stuff during my stay in Paris. Great location with safe entrance and lots of places nearby to take a break before continuing your day
The only thing I didn't like about it is that you couldn't chose the locker yourself
I had a 23kg bag and I was assigned the top locker, when I saw that I was almost ready to cry, so have that in mind when booking

It was overall a good service and felt secure and safe, but the locker is farther from gare de lyon than I thought it would be (easily a 10 minute walk). Worth it to feel secure about leaving luggage in Paris, but wish it was more convenient.

It was wonderful to have this option in Paris and ordering on the website was easy. The value was also great due to the size of the lockers.Following the instructions once we were there was also easy to navigate. The couple of items I would say could be improved would be the location as far as the proximity to train station. The inconvenience of going a bit out of the way is not ideal and (perhaps this was just me but) the awareness that you must order it online was not as clear.

I think it is very expensive. You could offer the option booking per hours.

opening the door worked on the third try. the knobs could make a sound, like it is inside

I was charged about 14 euros more than was quoted. I was told for a few hours I could rent a locker for 2 euros and would up being charged about 16 euros. Took me a bit of time to figure out how the door code worked as the instructions were very ambiguous.

Hello Michael, Thank you for using our service. Regarding the price, it is from 12€ for 14 hours for up to 4 luggages means 0,22€/hours/luggage for a full day rent. We guaranty you won't find a cheaper price in Paris unless you leave your luggage to a friend apartment :)! Very practical, but the video is a bit misleading: you can only fit 2 classic suitcases, maybe 4 small cabin suitcases, but not hold luggage. Apart from that, very practical but a little.

Our locker was open when we arrived. There was a sign that said: don’t use it if the locker is already open. So we were insecure if we should use it and wanted to contact the number. but when we called, it said that this number doesn’t exist. In the end we did not use it as went to the hotel as this whole company seemed a bit shady to us. It was also weird that only our locker was open. A real bummer as we lost time and money.

Hello, I have found the citylocker a good service, but we have payed for 3 little bags and 1 trolley for 3 lockers but we have used just 1,we didn't understand the measure of the locker!
