Terrible, I had to type my entry code 100x to even get inside and then I was EVEN unable to open my locker. I had to leave my stuff unprotected in a room. Tried all combinations of my locker code, nothing worked. Really terrible experience.

Surprisingly easy to use. Great location for garde du Nord which was only a few minutes walk away. I would recommend pre-booking. We booked there and then because we hadn’t realised that the case store at the station was closed. All worked very well with last minute booking and at 15€ was good value for money. I was able to store a medium suitcase, a boot bag and a ruck sack in a single locker with still some room to spare. Could have done with a little more signage on how to use once we got into the store.

Contrairement à ce que vous affirmer nos casiers peuvent contenir jusqu’à 4 bagages cabines si et seulement si comme nous les précisons très clairement sur notre site les bagages respectent la norme internationale IATA. Voilà ce qui est sûr sur notre site internet :” Dimensions du casier : L.48cm x H.61cm x P.85cm. Cette dimension convient à la plupart des grandes valises et peut contenir jusqu'à 4 bagages cabine format international IATA (55 x 35 x 20cm)” Si vos bagages sont plus grands évidemment que vous ne pourrez pas en mettre 4. the fact that it is closing at night without the possibility to acces our locker for example in my case, I had to withdraw my luggages at 5AM for a flight and train, you can't always wait until the opening hours most of the time.

The location is not too far away from gare de lyon but with heavy bags to carry, it quite feels like a long way. if it was in the train station or right next to it, it would be even better. Functionality wise, it’s excellent and absolutely recommendable!!

Easy to find and easy to access the door and allocated locker. Very secure and felt confident leaving my luggage. Measurements given were accurate. We left 2 generous cabin size suitcases in one locker and there would have been ample room for a large rucksack/bag. Would have given 5 stars if cheaper for shorter use.

Everything worked fine. Easy reservation and easy access to locker. The only suggestion is that it should be possible to know if there's any locker available at the place you want before you pay. Because you only get a confirmation after you pay. What happens there isn't any locker available? You will be sent to another site, distant from where you need?
It was not easy to open the door and also not easy to open the locker . . .

The idea is good but leaving everything at the service of a computer is not so good. There is no staff to guide or assist you, much less someone to help you if you make a mistake. There is also no option to change the reservation date, after a mistake, horrible.
