No pongo cero estrellas porque no se puede.
Hice una reserva de una taquilla para dejar mis maletas en Paris y jamás pude usar el servicio. Las claves que me dieron para abrir la puerta y la taquilla, no funcionaron, llamé al teléfono de soporte que tienen, para que me ayudaran y jamás me atendieron. Deje tres mensajes en el contestador y jamás me llamaron para darme soporte. Eso si, los 8€ que pagué por hacer la reserva anticipada, si que los han cobrado. He pedido a PayPal que me devuelvan el dinero que les he pagado, ya que no han cumplido con su compromiso. El servicio de atención al cliente una autentica vergüenza. Jamás volveré a usar City Locker y por supuesto no voy a recomendárselo a nadie. Una estafa y una basura de servicio.

Practical. A little expensive when you don't need to drop off your luggage for the day. The price could be adapted to the number of hours used.

The place was well located and easy to find. The system worked fine. But I found it extremely expensive. I only used it for 3 hours and had to pay the entire day fee (15 Euro) nevertheless.
It would be great if they had the chance to rent for hours or half a day.

El servicio es muy util y conveniente, sin embargo los metodos de pago no, el portal de pago no aceptaba mi tarjeta porque no tengo acceso a los mensajes que recibo en ni número de teléfono en otro país

Lockers are smaller than advertised. Cannot fit 4 small bags. Only 2 carry on bags fit and one large bag. Are not the dimensions listed on website.

Bit out the way from the train station but other than that a good idea and easy to use

Conveniently located close by the Eiffel Tower. The directions were easy to follow.

You said 4 bags in one locker. We could hardly fit one in one locker. It was pathetic expensive experience

Too far from quai branly

The service was super easy to use, convenient and easy to book - and overall pretty affordable. My only complaint was that the size of the lockers was smaller than what seems adequate for anyone traveling for more than a weekend. We couldnt fit a suitcase and a carryon in the same locker. We could fit maybe 3 carry on bags in 1 locker and 1 large suit case and a back back in another. I would suggest offering some Larger size lockers!

The website said it would fit 4 suitcases, but in the end only 2 could fit.
Also I paid twice with my card to buy water from the vending machine in the store, but in the end, the water didn't come out and the money was deducted from my card twice.
I didn't feel good about the final result.

The service itself is genius and excellent! The only thing i was a bit disappointed about was that the advertisement said i would pay about 5 euros a day per locker and i ended up paying 15 per locker. I was still happy to be able to safely store my luggage while I was busy being a tourist is the peotic city that is Paris!

Does not charge hourly rates and i had to pay full daily rate even for using it just for 2 hours. They never pick up the phone and the door doesn’t even open properly so I had to wait until someone else who was already inside opened for me. Locker only fits in 1 large check in luggage

Excellent service but a bit far away from Chatelet metro.

everything is acceptable, however the locker space is not much bigger as we expected.

We couldn't open the door for 5 minutes and when we called the emergency phone it was an answering machine.

It is an excellent idea. Good location, the price could be better or for the same price it should allow us to have the luggage there until later since no one is probably using it during the night.

Estaba en la puerta del locker de una calle cerca a chatelet, lo he comprado por internet y cuando lo he pagado, me salía que tenía que dirigirme a otra calle súper lejos y no me daba tiempo ir. Perdí el dinero.

A great option when all of Paris awaits, and your Airbnb booking hasn't yet begun or you want one more afternoon to vist your favorite spots before heading to the airport. But...every time I entered (four times in all), it took 5 or 6 attempts each time--by myself and other travelers--to access the shop.
I pushed the "Clear" button, which was not obviously marked, and nothing happened. After many attempts, it finally worked...I still don't know why, since it was the same action each time.
In the written instructions, "Deposit Code" might better be translated as "Locker Access Code." And "Deposit Number" as "Locker Number."
We strangers discussed in English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish how to access both the building and the lockers. A group effort proved successful.
I will absolutely use this service again!

Simples e rápido, e sem duvida umas mais valia para não andar com as mochilas as costas.

It was easy to book a locker. It was a little bit far from the metro with all our luggage.

Site is ok, your codes are sent via email, didn’t need customer service as everything was pretty straightforward and no issues when I turned up at the lockers.

Definitely useful. I just found someone else’s stuff in the locker, which I found creepy. Although I want to imagine that someone must have not picked that up!

First you have to create an account on the site, then it's very simple: you receive the door and locker codes by text message and e-mail. However, as I only left my suitcase for 2 hours, I would have liked to have been charged by the hour, or even by the 1/4 hour...

Adding €15 to the price of a visit to the museum is far from welcome, but I congratulate you, you've found a way to make money since people have no other choice!

I booked a locker that was designed for 4 cabin-sized suitcases, but could only fit 2 and a handbag!!! I had to pay for a second one, and luckily there was still some space available, otherwise I would have been in a lot of trouble! I'll add one star because the service is very practical in spite of everything!
