This is a safe place to leave your luggage; codes worked well. We took a metro from there to Chatelet as felt it would be too long a walk with our luggage. Would recommend this place.

As far as price is concerned, we always try to offer the best service at the best price available, as our rates are for lockers and not per bag, and you can put up to 4 bags per locker, i.e. a maximum of €3.75 per bag for one day (8:00-22:00). As far as security is concerned, City-Locker spaces are monitored by our video surveillance cameras 24/7, and our team ensures that your luggage is stored as securely as possible. Our insurance also covers your personal belongings up to 1,500 euros per locker. We look forward to seeing you again in better conditions. Finally, yes, like all stores, we have windows to let in the light and make the premises more user-friendly. One last thing: knowing all this, why did you make a reservation in the first place? We are at your disposal to discuss all this with you and have tried to contact you but unfortunately you hung up on us. We hope to have answered your questions and wish you an excellent day and hope to see you again in one of our 6 City Locker spaces.

Relatively easy to find, secure location. Easy to follow instructions for using the lockers. Would say the lockers don't fit 4 cases easily!

Some of the locker doors are broken and left wide open; no one repairs them, which isn't reassuring when you're leaving your luggage. What's more, the locker doors are made of plywood, and one of those we had reserved was half torn off. We'd have to invest in sturdier equipment (metal) and hire staff for maintenance and surveillance. Automation is handy, but it can't replace human beings. For the (high) price, we expect more security. We get the impression that City Locker wants to make as much money as possible on the backs of its customers, with as little investment as possible. This does not reflect well on the company.

To answer your questions: - if the doors are open, it's only because previous customers didn't close them after retrieving their luggage - the doors aren't made of plywood but of a much stronger material, the composition of which we won't give you for obvious reasons of confidentiality, but you should know that there is metal inside. - In your case, why didn't you call the hotline to cancel your reservation, as we note that you used our service even though you were very concerned? The locker size was wide and easy to use.
The specified locker was easy to put at the bottom,but it was difficult to put heavy luggage at the top.

Had an emergency and no one called me back, it was a nightmare. After a few hours I just got a refund with a message “we’re sorry but we were fully booked”.
The emergency number is therefore not an emergency number. I even headed to the “back office of city locker” but that didn’t exist anymore.
So all in all, if you have to catch a flight rather use “Bounce” it was way, way better!

Website is accessible and easy to use but the lockers are smaller than we were let to believe. There's no way a single locker can contain 4 normal-sized suitecases.

To get access to the lockers and to pay for the service you need a good internet connection which is very bad in this area. Lockers itself very good but the price is very high.

The locker’s size is exactly the one indicated in our website : The size of the lockers is W 48 cm x H 61 cm x D 85 cm. This dimension is suitable for most large suitcases and should allow to fit up to 4 small luggages international IATA format (55 x 35 x 20 cm). Regarding the second part of your comment not sure to understand what you mean; maybe you could give us more details? Or maybe you wanted to point out that you can happen the locker as many time as you want during your booking without paying again? Very helpful possibility which I do recommend and would use again. It took some time to discover how to unlock the locker which is the only thing which I think could be improved (leave a visible sign for customers inside; the existing model wasn´t easy to find if you are in a hurry). Also, it would be nice if the entrance area would be tidier.

The locker was much smaller than we expected. The description said it could hold two suitcases and two back packs. We could barely get our two suitcases in the locker. We had to carry our backpacks with us.
