Convenient. Secure codes. Only problem was I didn’t realize how large my luggage was and I needed to rent another locker on the spot. But that was easy to do right away.

Jeez this was scary. We used two lockers for 2 hours. I got nervous and went back to pull our stuff out and upon returning noticed that another locker had been ripped open (the locker doors are particle board). Another couple walked in and asked us about our experience as they were weary of the security as well. They had paid for a locker but never got a code emailed in. They had to call customer service for the locker combo and while we were there the punched in the number and their locker was filled with someone else’s stuff! I’m not kidding. Company gave out someone’s locker combo to another customer and a locker was broken into in the span of two hours that we used the service. Very scary and super lucky we got away unscathed. PSG location.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your opinion, We understand your concern but the door which has been missing, has not been ripped but broken so the locker is not use until the door is fix. Regarding the locker fills with others people stuff, unfortunately it has happened that people use a locker who does not belong to them because the people before them, forgot to close their locker but it's rare, we are sorry that it happens to you. Lickers are clean and look safe. Booking is online and easy. A bit expensive compared to other luggage storage, I pid 15€ for one locker that fits at least 3 trolleys. The other loccker near Porte Maillot costs 6,50€ only, any bag size.

Avevo capito che il locker fosse dentro la stazione.
Oltre a ciò, sia in fase di deposito che in fase di ritiro, ho dovuto effettuare 4/5 tentativi prima di riuscire. Oltre a me anche un altro gruppi di persone che stava effettuando il deposito. Sarebbe molto utile avere un display che mostri il codice che si sta immettendo (al limite, per sicurezza, cifrato...giusto per capire se non sono rimasti in memoria altri caratteri).
Con 6 euro avrei potuto depositare i bagagli in un negozio...a 15 euro mi aspettavo molto molto meglio!!!

The locker size is very good. Enough to fit 2 small spit cases and 3 small bags. The place is secured with cameras and entrance code. The only thing is that we were not aware that a reservation was needed (to be made online). So, after arriving from a long trip we had to make an account and pay etc. Also could use a little more tidiness as we found empty bags and bottles inside our locker.
Otherwise, very good location near the Gare du Nord, fair price, and great locker size.
Recommend to people who want to visit Paris without having to carry their luggage.

We guaranty you won't find a cheaper price in Paris unless you leave your luggage to a friend apartment :)!
