I had reserved 2 boxes and when we tried to open the 2nd box, the code didn't work! We called the emergency number (answering machine 🤨), I left a message but never got a call back! Fortunately we were able to put all our luggage in 1 single box. Poor after-sales service, because to this day I still haven't been called back!

The ease of rental and customer service was really great, I stopped short of ficing five stars because upon return both me and another customer had trouble opening our lockers, which put me in a state of panic.
