Was easy to make the reservation. On arrival, required a code. If I received one, it was not with the reservation and I could not fine it. Called the number. It was in French with no other language option. No person available at the location. Left with my luggage.

Bonjour Barbara, the codes were send to you by mail and text message. You can not say you have not received them and you even manage to use our service as you open you locker at 8:43 and reopen it at 15:00. Further more you have not called the hotline otherwise you will have heard that it is in French of course but also in English and Spanish. For some reason we do not understand why your are lying but your comment does not reflect the reality.

I didn't manage to use my code to open the front door, but fortunately there were a lot of people around, which made things easier. Very practical for 4 suitcases.

Good Day
I was unable to locate lockers in the Gare De Nord location. The attendants working there sent me to another locker location and said there was no City Locker. I paid in advance and tried to contact City Lockers by email and no one ever responded.

Address and direction are indicated by google map on our booking confirmation. The hotline can be reach by phone and not mail especially for emergency. Having to make an account and all that is a hassle, specially when you are in a hurry and you must have internet access, there is no physical person to assist, but location is convenient, not far from subway. The lockers are clean and location easy to find.

Hello Wolfgang, thank you for your opinion, However, CityLocker Gare du Nord is located exactly between the two train stations ( 7 min (550m) to Gare du Nord and 5 min (400m) to Gare de l'Est) so we don't really understand from what place we are to far away. CityLocker's team wish you a great day.

We used it for an evening flight after an early checkout. It was very easy to use, easy navigation, and very helpful for us.
Only downside - from the website we got the impression the locker will be much bigger. no way we could fit 4 suitcases in this locker.

No problems to report, a discreet, easily accessible and practical place. The lockers are practical and can hold a lot of stuff, which is what I was afraid of, for a relatively affordable price for a day.

The door didn't work. We tried to contact th em but couldn't get through. In the end, we couldn't use the service.

The statement of the opening of door and lockers of your bookings shows that you have : - dial your codes and open the door 5 times : 9:11am /9:14am/9:16am/11:45am/17:09pm - dial codes and open the locker 3 times : 9:16am/11:45am/17:09am As you were the only one to have those codes unless tou gave them to someone else it sounds you have used our service.

Impractical account creation, external keyboard with some deteriorated keys and key sound too weak given the ambient noise during the day. Very high price for a few hours.

We used this service just for the last day of our stay so as not to have our suitcases on our backs. The lockers are large (we still managed to fill them!). We had no trouble understanding how it worked, but we did have to explain the protocol to other non-French-speaking tourists.
A bit expensive for the service ... 15€ for a few hours ... a friend paid, if I'd been on my own I wouldn't have bought it and I'd have kept my two bags on my back ...

Everything was fine except for the size of the locker. For the price, was expecting to fit a size 79/29 checked in luggage + standard hand carry luggage. To my surprise only the 79/29 could fit plus about 5 inches on top only. Disappointing.

no complaints, easy activation, good to reach from the train station. Excellent if storage for full days is needed, but since there's only full rent days and not per hour, it can be a little pricey depending on how long the locker is needed.

The locker wouldnt open with the code, so we couldnt use the service. There were 4 other people waiting inside who aklso couldnt access their locker. One guy was o0n the phone to the help line phone nummber, but there was nobody picking up the phone to help

Sorry you have had a problem in using our service. No problem has been reported by you or other people that day and we have check in our system and it reports that the locker has been open at 12:50:56 the 1rst time and 12:51:15 the second time May be you just do not pull the door? Further more no message has been left on our hotline mentioning any problem. When you call the hotline it asks you in 3 languages to leave a message in case of emergency so that we can call you back. Could it be you have not called the right number? And finally we have check the phone number given by you and didn't find any call; have you used another tel number? Please get in touch with our custumer's service so that we can face this problem and of course refund you if we considered it is a technical problem

Well located and secure. The keypads on the door and outside were pretty temperamental so required several attpts at code entry but I read this was the case so expected that. Otherwise was convenient & easy to book. Would use again
