Flight change problem, I was unable to use the loker and I did not have the opportunity to get my money back. In 2022 this trade policy is not eligible.

Way to expensive! I had to leave my bag there because they wouldn’t let me in at the Opera, and 12€ for over one hour? Excesive, they should have an hourly rate, too!

Hello daniela, On the site it is written From 2€, you have access to information on the site The price is €12.00/day per locker for one day (8:00-22:00). (€15.00/day on weekends and public holidays) For reservations of several days, the rates are decreasing. Some days benefit from promotions, which can go down to 2€/day.

Terrible experience. The locker was broken, actually sign-posted as broken, and customer support did not answer when we called. We rented from UseBounce instead, which was great, and Citylocker refused to provide a refund. Avoid.

Your message therefore does not reflect the truth and only serves to harm you and oddly our competitor (one could believe that you work for them)

Problems opening the door, with the locker code, they gaave us a locker with other people stuff inside, no answer on the phone line (they write SMS to solve the problem).. Averall expensive for the experience.

We had to Pay 3 times beacuse the page change the mail automatically after we confirmed another one, the mail with the pin code never arrive the first 2 times even though we paid them terrible sistem !!!!!

Hello, The idea is great but in practice the door code that city locker gave me was not used to open the door and it was impossible to reach them via the hotline or the contact on the door. All I got was a looped recording. Fortunately another person arrived after me and she had the right code to open the door. So my reservation was correct, since I was then able to open the locker inside.
We should have another solution for the code problem, otherwise we end up with a suitcase that we have to lug around all day, even though we had paid for a service in advance.

It was a very clean place and we felt safe leaving our luggage there. The only problem we had was to get into the room. We had some problems opening the door with the code. But in total: we were very happy with booking the locker.

The box was broken and we had to use a lace to keep it closed. The phone for inquires didn't work. Also the vending machine didn't give us the products paid. A bad experience and a waste of time.

It was great. Felt safe since it’s individually locked lockers + they are big enough for a couple carry on suitcases. Door was sticky so at first we thought the code wasn’t working.
