It's a bit too expensive, but it felt very secure and was very easy and quick to use. 24/7 access would be a welcome addition

Very good service in an excellent location. Only thing that could be better: provide more clear instructions on how it works, it was not extremely clear that in order to recieve the access codes the reservation had to made on the website before arriving.

The lockrs are very big. We had 2 large bags and tthey very easily got in the locker. The neigbourhood is shitty but this buildibg is very clean

Generally i have nothing to complain about the only thing was the room was very small and old and one of the lockers was broken but we had no problem on the day. Also it would be nice to have hourly option since we kept the luggage inside for 2hours but still paid for full day.

Hello Not satisfied because I had 2 large suitcases / luggage The rental ad makes it seem that you can put 2 to 3 I was able to put only 1, I had to re-rent In addition You are not clear on the price per day. It's 12€/day / it's expensive for 3 days It's not negligible when you rent for 3 days and book online in advance I regretted I preferred to book directly at the SNCF station / you can properly fit the 2 large suitcases and luggage.

Hi Joëlle, On the website it says From 2€, you have access to the information on the website The price is 12.00€ or 15.00€/day per locker, depending on location, for one day (8:00-22:00) (15.00€/day on weekends and public holidays) For multi-day bookings, prices are on a sliding scale. Certain days benefit from special offers, down to 2€/day. For 3-day bookings, the 3rd day is 50% off. Locker sizes are clearly indicated as L 48 cm x H 61 cm x D 85 cm, and can hold up to 3 suitcases.

Overall a very good experience. I read each locker would hold 3 pieces of luggage….I didn’t see the dimensions. I would say 3 small pieces of luggage. Fortunately we were able to get 2 additional lockers at the same sight. We were in process of moving my daughter here for school so we had 4 large cases, 1 small case and 3 backpacks which we managed to fit into 4 lockers. It was great to have a place not to far from our BnB to drop our luggage in the early morning when we arrived while awaiting our 3 pm check in. It allowed us to sightsee in the interim. I would definitely recommend!

The hours are terrible. We didn't realize this was not 24 hours access... your luggage is only accessible.between 8 am to 10 pm. We nearly missed our flight because our luggage was trapped in the locker after their 'open' hours. It caused us tremendous stress and expense on account of not being able to access our luggage when we needed it.

When placing your order, you had all the necessary information (time information, addresses and codes are specified in the order confirmation email) We remind you that our sales department, on a very exceptional basis, allowed you to recover your luggage the next day without having to pay for the additional day.

everything worked perfectly, the locker is easy to use. The price is quite high because you are obliged to book a whole day. And the location is not really near chatelet, the nearest metro station is Reaumur Sebastopol.

very large locker, easy to understand how to access the locker, locks by itself; the code has just a few problems - you didn't have to type too fast for it to be taken into account, but nothing very serious; you feel lighter without luggage.

Lockers should be in two sizes with two prices. Too expensive. Too high to put heavy bags in (for a woman). Promote WiFi. No cell reception.

The door lock wasn't opening with the code I got on my phone, had to contact them to open the door for me. It was such a mess both when I went there to put my stuff and came back to take them. They should improve their door lock. Otherwise everything was fine.

This is a great service - accessible, convenient and easy to use. The size of the lockers is generous, either for those with large cases or travelling lightly but as a group. The only aspect I'd change would be to have a different entry code for the door, located on a busy street, and the locker itself once inside. It strikes me that this would make it even more secure.

Hello, very satisfied with the concept we will reuse, by account disappointed that after an exchange with customer service by mail we were directed to purchase 3 boxes or 36 euros explaining that it was jne suitcase per box ..., while once on site our 3 suitcases + a backpack fit into 2 lockers, we paid 12 euros too ... can you make a gesture?
