Excellent service. We store our luggage in the Le Halles location. Be aware that the address is not in the mall but like 8 minutes walk so if you need a train for/from the airport you need to take the time and the distance in consideration

Easy and fast booking.

No service, it was all self-service. Happy to pay the fine as it was my fault but nothing can be done till the next day was ridiculous. This is supposed to bring convenience but it’s the other way around.

Thank you for asking about my experience. Overall, they are rather negative. When we entered the room, other users were already desperately trying to open their lockers. Our Locker also did not open after several attempts. The keypad does not allow for a reset or input correction. Only after I entered the code in the entrance door again did the Locker open. Apparently, the system cannot process several customers at the same time. The input device at the front door does not always react correctly and is much too old. No one could be reached personally at the hotline number. The price should at least be chosen gradually depending on the rental period. Overall, I would think twice before using this service again.

After I had put the luggage in the compartment, I wanted to try opening it again for later, just to be on the safe side. Well, the code I entered was no longer accepted and the compartment could no longer be opened. But the code I entered was definitely correct. To be honest, I also had the feeling that someone in the background was having fun and deliberately not accepting the code. I was able to open it a few hours later, but City Locker definitely ruined the last day of my holiday, because the whole time I couldn't be sure that I would be able to get my luggage out again in time. I was thinking about my luggage the whole time. Next time, I will use the locker at the station.

Everything worked well, no complaints.

There's nothing to say about safety and cleanliness. However, it's a bit expensive and it's a pity not to have the choice of the time needed for parking. But the lockers are a good idea.

I had problems with opening my locker so I tried to contact the service multiple times within the opening hours. I called as well as wrote an email but did not get any answer. Fortunately, I managed to handle the situation on my own, but for 12 euros that I paid I should have received the help I needed immediately.

Suggests it is present at Chatelet les Halles, in fact it is 10 minutes aeay from it.

I traveled to Paris in late May and had several hours before I could check into my Air BnB and didn’t want to haul my bags everywhere. I used the Châtelet - Les Halles lockers for several hours. It was close by to the major tourist spots. I booked online and didn’t get a code for the door/locker immediately but emailed the company with my confirmation booking # and they resent a code in the following hour. I would use this company again and recommend for luggage storage.

The reserved locker was not available. Emergency telephone number responded too late. After our Paris trip we've sent citylocker an email regarding the refuind of the locked. Since than (1,5 week ago)no answer from citylocker.

Good, easy and safe

I had to pay for two lockers since I never got confirmation from the first. Then when I finally got my locker the door didn't work so I had to call customer service, who didn't answer. I had to bargain with someone over text to re-send my new code. The entire process was more expensive and took more time than a supposedly "convenient" service.

A scam: the website says "starting from 2 euros", but I actually had to pay 30 euro for dropping my luggage a few hours. Indeed the lockers are very small and you'll probably need more than one. In my case 2 at 15 euro each. Notice that everything is authomatic so they don't even give work to a guardian!

Excellent locker room, 4 stars and not 5 just because is close to tour Eiffel but I expected it to be closer, anyway absolutely suggested

It worked perfectly.

This was a reasonably priced Service, and a good solution to a later check in at my Airbnb. It was completely self service, so make sure to bring your codes. The lockers were roomie and clean. I did wish that I could have specifically chosen a lower locker, as it was a bit challenging to lift my heavy suitcase without assistance. But, I probably should’ve packed lighter.

while booking two lockers I received a failed notification, so I booked it online again.
Funny enough it turns out the first booking wasn´t a failure, the fee was charged two times and I ended up having 4 lockers, while I only needed 2 and used only two There is no way to cancel.
So - the lockers are what they are - funtioning, but the booking system is below zero

Very useful service, esay booking, quick confirmation. Both the room and the lockers were very clean. Price is fair. I give 4 star instead of 5 just because in two out of two venues I had a bit of problem with the keypads that open the door. But the overall impression is still very positive.

Easy-to-use site

Nice and intelligent concept. 12€ for the day is great, except that we only dropped off our suitcases for 2 hours (which is also billed at 12€). Prices should be available by the hour or half day. Thank you.

You have to type the code really slowly, otherwise it doesn't work. But otherwise it was easy and convenient.

Great location and such a convenience for us. The space was a good size, but clearer locker opening/closing instructions would be have been appreciated. Would use again!

It was great for us while we waited for our AirBNB to be ready. It took a little bit to figure out how to use it, the instructions that were posted we a little difficult to understand. But, once we got going, it worked well and met our needs.

Failed to process payment, then was charged twice and received no response from their support when I reached out.

A smaller locker opened than was promised. Only on bag entered not two or three like promised on that locker.
