We reserved two lockers in Opera (Paris) the day we arrived and the day we left. The last day, in one of our lockers there were things of other people, and fortunatelly, we met there a familiy that left us their locker because they were leaving. We could not contact quickly somebody from the company.

Hello, Your opinion does not represent the truth, for our general conditions of sale specify not to leave any valuable object nor your identity papers or important papers in the locker to avoid any problem when you arrive too late to recover your things. One of your "friends" contacted us regarding your problem. After checking the surveillance videos and opening your locker, it appeared that only you had opened your locker. We advised you to file a complaint and provide the police with the surveillance videos. But you never filed a complaint....

Unpleasant customer service. Very bad with customers in case they have any questions. The lockers were dirty and the information about suitcase dimensions is not correct.

Our lockers and premises are cleaned and disinfected several times a week by our maintenance staff. We opened the locker with the code and there was other luggage in it.
We called and had a very rude person at the telephone. In the end we got an other locker number.
At the end of the day we Could still open the locker with the luggage of the stranger, you didnt change the code.
This all doesnt gave the feeling that our luggage is save in your lockers.

Hello, As we explained to you, this is a client who made the wrong locker when he arrived, the locker was open and he put his things in it. When you called, we immediately changed your locker so that you could leave your suitcases and we changed the codes of the locker so that you could no longer open it and by checking the surveillance cameras, you did not manage to open the locker.

Horrible experience, end up charging me for a service I didn't use, I made the refund request via e-mail 1 minute after getting out the locker room and realizing it was not going to serve my needs and they didn't wanted to give my money back. Lack of care for their customers, bad refunds policies, very low quality tactics and answers to evade what was obvious. I would get far away as I can from this company.

Hello, when you made your reservation, you had all the information concerning the size of the lockers. You booked then you came with a small paper bag that you put in the locker then you took a picture of it and you left. You have told us that your luggage will not fit outside you have managed to put the bag you had with you in the locker.

Once you've booked, you'll receive your codes for the door and your locker for the day.
