Very convenient service. Large locker that can accommodate several pieces of luggage. Only small stress: upon our return, the coded entrance door would not open. Fortunately, we were able to contact an operator by phone who opened it for us remotely.

Location is good. The outside door was hard to open. Many people were struggling with it. After a few attempts we got in. If somebody else lets you in, you cannot open your locker!

I rented on March 30 for March 31. When I confirmed, your software recorded March 30 - the day of my order. I had to redo it for March 31 and rent a second time. No explanation that you need to rent on the same day. Too bad!

Our insurance also covers your personal belongings up to 1500 euros per locker. And all this comes at a cost, and we are the only ones in Paris to offer you this level of security with double protection: door code and locker code. After the credit card was charged, confirmation email was sent with passcode section saying ERROR. Contacted emergency phone number but got auto-reply and cut off. This was Thursday afternoon, normal working hours. I was not able to use the locker at all, and still the card was charged. Extremely frustrated with the experience.no star.

When you place your booking someone else was doing in the same time and we only have 1 locker left.
The payment of the other one reach first our system and give them the locker. We have send you mail right away and make the refund int the same time.
We are of course so sorry for that but those are things that can happened.

I thought the locker was at Gare de Lyon, but in fact it is in Bastille, which is a bit further away. The information on the website is not clear and is confusing.

I could not receive pass code vecause my sms was not functioned. If you notice pass is delivered by sms before booking and paying. I could change. That was waste not only of time but also of money. You should think user information.

The locker is called "Châtelet - Les Halles" but it's actually miles away from the station. We had to walk twenty minutes carrying the bags to get to the place, which is so minuscule you have to take turns to open the lockers, otherwise you can't fit in
