Good service. A bit deceptive when it’s marketed as lockers from €2/day, only to open it to a €15 minimum and full day locker when only needed for an hour or so

Clean and practical place for what I had to do. A pity that the front door lock doesn't unlock more easily (error on one character not to be filled in). We could appreciate that there's no time limit (why close at 10pm when everything is automatic?).

Very practical and easy-to-use service, but misleading about the volume you can fit in a locker! On the website before ordering, a small animation showed that you could fit 4 suitcases... I could only fit 2 and had to rent another locker... so it's expensive for what it is

We found different locker stores on the area and chose this company. When we arrived, there was a post in the entrance saying that the lockers were from 2 to 15€, but when we made the reservation, the only option available was 15€, and not because of availability, but because all the lockers in that store were big (so 15€ for each one). We didn't want to lose more time looking for another company and paid the 15€ even when we had a couple of small bags. It is sad when the post says something that is not true. It is just false advertising

Hello Edgar, On the site it is written From 2€, you have access to information on the site The price is €12.00/day per locker for one day (8:00-22:00). (€15.00/day on weekends and public holidays) For reservations of several days, the rates are decreasing. Some days benefit from promotions, which can go down to 2€/day.

The only problem I have is that you can't choose which locker to put your suitcase in, so I had to put my large suitcase on top.

The door to the city locker was very difficult open. After try #12 it opens. A telephone or other support was not available.

We are sorry if you found our service expensive, we always try to offer the best service at the best price available by guaranteeing you the highest level of SECURITY for your luggage. We can never do enough to keep your most precious possessions SAFE. You used your locker from 10:47 to 21:00, i.e. over 10 hours, and paid €15, i.e. €1.5 per hour, for a locker that can hold up to 4 pieces of luggage. I'm not sure you'll find anything cheaper in Paris :) Looking forward to seeing you again at CITY-LOCKER

I like the Idea, Easy access, in City Center, next to the station Generally location was good.
As rate I think it's expensive I used only for 3 hr and I paid 15 EUR, what I mean there is no options for hrs only days.

We guaranty you won't find a cheaper price in Paris unless you leave your luggage to a friend apartment :)! Useful solution for tourists in the city centre, however the experience is not optimal - no warning that you must book in advance, and we arrived to the door of the locker that was the nearest to our needs in Paris only to find that it is full. Had to schlepp with the luggage to another one.
