The door to enter the room was open when we wanted to collect our luggage. Everybody could enter, not very protecting… For the rest is was perfect and worked easily!

Few minutes to book, clear information to open the main door and our locker. Will definitely use city locker in the future

Booking was simple and efficient. Information received by email and SMS. I just find a lack of explanation on the rates, which change quickly from one day to another if you don't make the reservation immediately.

I love the concept of city locker. great location. But i'm 4"9 and was auto assigned the top locker. I had a lot of trouble lifting my large suitcase above my head to get it in. Took me many tries. Add stools maybe, or the ability to select top or bottom preference in the future.

Bonjour not sure to understand what you say. Our CITY-LOCKER are closed from 10 pm to 8:00 am under alarma and video so that is is impossible for people to sleep in. Are you sure your are talking about us? Thank you

at €15, it's not the cheapest of options but it really helped us out and worked like a charm. easy peasy.

It does the job, it's secure. What's missing is an hourly rate, when the need is short.

THE LOCATION OF CITY LOCKER ON GOOGLE IS NOT GOOD (the address is on a street parallel to the right street). The door of the locker where I put my suitcase closes very badly. Otherwise everything went well.

Excellent service. I was only concerned to find all the boxes already taken. It would help to know availability online

Good service. A bit deceptive when it’s marketed as lockers from €2/day, only to open it to a €15 minimum and full day locker when only needed for an hour or so

It could always be easier and more intuitive. In today's world, the fastest and clearer, the better. Companies than make their services super easy and fast are the winners.

Rather practical site, but beware of the location, which can be quite remote with suitcases.

Easy and efficient to use. We would have liked access to larger lockers to accommodate several large suitcases. For a family, having to use 5 lockers is a real drain on the budget.

Clean and practical place for what I had to do. A pity that the front door lock doesn't unlock more easily (error on one character not to be filled in). We could appreciate that there's no time limit (why close at 10pm when everything is automatic?).

Shunya Thank you for using our service. We take note of your comment and will pass it on to the relevant department. The price of 15€/day/4 pieces of luggage makes our service the cheapest in Paris considering the level of luggage security we offer. We take note of your comments and will do our best to earn your 5 stars on your next visit. We hope to see you again soon.

It was difficult to put heavy luggage on the top shelf.
It would have been easy if there was a stepping stone.
The procedure for entering the room was easy.
I'm glad I didn't have to go sightseeing with heavy luggage.

Very practical and easy-to-use service, but misleading about the volume you can fit in a locker! On the website before ordering, a small animation showed that you could fit 4 suitcases... I could only fit 2 and had to rent another locker... so it's expensive for what it is

Thank you for using our service. We would like to remind you of the size of our lockers, which are specified on our website: W.48cm H.61cm D.85cm This size fits most large suitcases and can hold up to 4 pieces of IATA international size cabin luggage (55 x 35 x 20cm). Have a nice evening

We found different locker stores on the area and chose this company. When we arrived, there was a post in the entrance saying that the lockers were from 2 to 15€, but when we made the reservation, the only option available was 15€, and not because of availability, but because all the lockers in that store were big (so 15€ for each one). We didn't want to lose more time looking for another company and paid the 15€ even when we had a couple of small bags. It is sad when the post says something that is not true. It is just false advertising
Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hello Edgar, On the site it is written From 2€, you have access to information on the site The price is €12.00/day per locker for one day (8:00-22:00). (€15.00/day on weekends and public holidays) For reservations of several days, the rates are decreasing. Some days benefit from promotions, which can go down to 2€/day.
