We are not sure to understand your message. You have used our service and say it was ok and in the same time you talk about cancelling. Sorry but it is a little confusing for us. Regarding the cancellation of your booking it is clearly indicated in our general terms and conditions that you have validated when booking that the service is non refundabled but you can have a credit note valid 6 months in you need to change your dates. So once again we do not understand very your note and comment. Have a nice day and a nice week-end and once again thanks for using our service and we hope we'll have the pleasure of welcoming you again in one of our 6 locations in Paris. City-Locker's Team

Very easy and convenient process for leaving our bags while visiting Paris. The process was very seamless, we received a code right away for the locker and the door to the building. The locker fit all 4 of our backpacks. Would definitely use again!

This is such a smart idea to have in the city! The only thing I will say, is they advertise it at a very low rate, but is really in the 16 Euro range. Would definitely keep luggage here again, if in Paris and in need of it.
