Lockers too small and too expensive We had to clima up many stairs to get to the locker

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris Published on 23/08/2023

Hello, Marc Thanks for using our service and sorry it does not reach your expectations. But could you please tell us which stairs you are talking about as our shop is at the ground floor? What do you mean by locker are too small? Locke size is W 48 cm x H 61 cm x D 85 cm. This dimension is suitable for most large suitcases and should allow to fit up to 4 small luggages international IATA format (55 x 35 x 20 cm). Which size will have been convenient to you? Thanks in advance for taking the time to answer our question so that we can improve if necessary our service. Have a nice day and a nice week-end and once again thanks for using our service and we hope we'll have the pleasure of welcoming you again in one of our 6 locations in Paris. City-Locker's Team

When I booked the locker, I did not pay attention to the luggages’ dimensions mentioned. Such information should be clear - it is mentioned below the renting date (you have to scroll down to see it).
So anyway, i could not fit my luggage in the locker, and there was no one there to discuss about the refund or cancellation - it is a self service I guess.

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris Published on 23/08/2023
