Very convenient. We had a great final day in Paris as we were able to leave our bags in a safe location next to the train station.

It's a shame to find information on the site that rental starts at 2€/day, only to have to pay 15€ for 4 hours of rental in front of the locker. This gives the unpleasant impression of being taken for donkeys.

Hello Gaëlle, thank you for sharing your opinion with us. The sliding scale rates only apply to multi-day bookings (-50% on the 3rd and -83% on the 5th) and our daily prices per locker are the cheapest in the luggage storage sector. Our prices are clearly indicated on the website prior to booking. However, we are sorry that you were not satisfied with our locker prices. We wish you an excellent day and hope to see you soon in our City-Locker spaces.

Maybe the lockers are okay but they are nowhere to be found at the station (gare du nord)
No signing at all...

It's safe. It is self-service and I was given clear steps on how to open the locker. I could spend some more hours in the city without dragging my suitcase with me

Excellent location. Great instructions. Clean facilities. We arrived at Gare du Nord in the morning and left on a train to Austria from Gare de l’Est in the evening. This service was perfect.
