The payment of the other one reach first our system and give them the locker. We have send you mail right away and make the refund int the same time.

Safe, but the locker was smaller than expected and my luggage didn't fit. Be aware that the locks located on the doors make you loose a couple of cm in width. If your luggage size is similar to the locker size, it may not fit.

We found different locker stores on the area and chose this company. When we arrived, there was a post in the entrance saying that the lockers were from 2 to 15€, but when we made the reservation, the only option available was 15€, and not because of availability, but because all the lockers in that store were big (so 15€ for each one). We didn't want to lose more time looking for another company and paid the 15€ even when we had a couple of small bags. It is sad when the post says something that is not true. It is just false advertising

We got in just fine to drop our bags- however- our code stopped working when we returned to collect them. Neighbors saw us banging on the door and told us this is a common issue. I was charged about 14 euros more than was quoted. I was told for a few hours I could rent a locker for 2 euros and would up being charged about 16 euros. Took me a bit of time to figure out how the door code worked as the instructions were very ambiguous.

Hello Michael, Thank you for using our service. Regarding the price, it is from 12€ for 14 hours for up to 4 luggages means 0,22€/hours/luggage for a full day rent. We guaranty you won't find a cheaper price in Paris unless you leave your luggage to a friend apartment :)!
