I booked a locker that was designed for 4 cabin-sized suitcases, but could only fit 2 and a handbag!!! I had to pay for a second one, and luckily there was still some space available, otherwise I would have been in a lot of trouble! I did not receive the code to actually get into the locker in the confirmation email. When I called, there was no response. As the lockers are non-refundable I would not recommend as I cannot get the money back.

Some of the locker doors are broken and left wide open; no one repairs them, which isn't reassuring when you're leaving your luggage. What's more, the locker doors are made of plywood, and one of those we had reserved was half torn off. We'd have to invest in sturdier equipment (metal) and hire staff for maintenance and surveillance. Automation is handy, but it can't replace human beings. For the (high) price, we expect more security. We get the impression that City Locker wants to make as much money as possible on the backs of its customers, with as little investment as possible. This does not reflect well on the company.

Had an emergency and no one called me back, it was a nightmare. After a few hours I just got a refund with a message “we’re sorry but we were fully booked”.
The emergency number is therefore not an emergency number. I even headed to the “back office of city locker” but that didn’t exist anymore.
So all in all, if you have to catch a flight rather use “Bounce” it was way, way better!

According to the website, the lockers had a capacity of 4 suitcases each which was NOT TRUE, as we were barely able to fit one suitcase at the most, making us scramble to find another place to store our remaining luggage. You put your luggage in an open locker when you arrived without checking on your booking confirmation that it was your assigned one and dialing your deposit code. So that when the person who has this locker arrived and saw luggage inside he empty it. City locker works like an hotel! When you book you are assigned a code and a locker. The drop off process worked as expected. However, the pickup process did not.
The code to unlock the outer door to the room did not work. It seemed the push buttons may not have been working for some digits. The only way to get assistance was to make a local call and leave a message. After we did that, we kept trying our unlock code. The door then opened. We have no idea if it was due to remote assistance or the code suddenly worked. If you use this service, be sure to have a method to make local calls in Paris from your mobile, and allow extra time for the pick up.

Jeez this was scary. We used two lockers for 2 hours. I got nervous and went back to pull our stuff out and upon returning noticed that another locker had been ripped open (the locker doors are particle board). Another couple walked in and asked us about our experience as they were weary of the security as well. They had paid for a locker but never got a code emailed in. They had to call customer service for the locker combo and while we were there the punched in the number and their locker was filled with someone else’s stuff! I’m not kidding. Company gave out someone’s locker combo to another customer and a locker was broken into in the span of two hours that we used the service. Very scary and super lucky we got away unscathed. Avevo capito che il locker fosse dentro la stazione.
Oltre a ciò, sia in fase di deposito che in fase di ritiro, ho dovuto effettuare 4/5 tentativi prima di riuscire. Oltre a me anche un altro gruppi di persone che stava effettuando il deposito. Sarebbe molto utile avere un display che mostri il codice che si sta immettendo (al limite, per sicurezza, cifrato...giusto per capire se non sono rimasti in memoria altri caratteri).
Con 6 euro avrei potuto depositare i bagagli in un negozio...a 15 euro mi aspettavo molto molto meglio!!!
