I could not go to the locker because it is far from the Eiffel Tower and therefore can not give you my opinion except that they responded unfavorably to my request for refund.

I would like to remind you that you contacted us via our hotline and by e-mail to inform us that you no longer had time to drop off your suitcases in the locker you had reserved. We are located at 29 rue de l'exposition 75007 Paris, a 5-minute walk from the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower. In your case, we are unable to issue a refund as explained above. Thank you for your understanding.
