This service was so handy, particularly as it was located on the street I was staying on. Good instructions, easy to get in. We had a locker on the top row, which could have been tricky to hoist the suitcase up to if I'd been on my own, but otherwise this was an excellent option for safely storing our belongings.

The locker is not big enough to hold 2 check in suitcases.
We had 1 check in suitcase along with 1 small cabin suitcase but were only able to fit in one of the two…

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris Published on 01/09/2023

Hello Mukul, Thank you for sharing your opinion, The lockers sizes are written on our website and can be stored up to 4 luggages (IATA Regulations), it also depends on the luggages size of course. We hope to see you again in one of our storages very soon ! Have a nice day.

Convenient concept near the Opera. Major drawbacks: entrance doors and lockers don't open.

Hello We have just read your comment on Avis Vérifiés and thank you for it. However after checking it seems that the locker has been used: Here are the times it was opened: Id : 0001044767 - Date : 21/08/2023 15:01:37 Id : 0001044770 - Date : 21/08/2023 15:02:34 Id : 0001044773 - Date : 21/08/2023 15:04:02 Id: 0001044779 - Date: 21/08/2023 15:06:07 Id: 0001044782 - Date: 21/08/2023 15:06:40 Id: 0001044785 - Date: 21/08/2023 15:07:29 Id: 0001045139 - Date: 21/08/2023 18:15:38 Could it have been used by someone else to whom you gave your codes? The camera clearly shows that it has been opened. Thank you for your help in solving this puzzle Good day
