Once you've booked, you'll receive your codes for the door and your locker for the day. It's very important to us and the safety of our customers' luggage that no-one should be able to enter the premises without a reservation. A hotline is available to answer any questions you may have. If an agent is not available, simply reply to the sms sent by the agent and he/she will answer you directly.
