Love the convenience. Would like a size description with measurements as well. Had to pay for two lockers bc my luggage would not fit after we arrived

Good, not complicated to understand, the code is delivered in a few clicks, however I could not choose the size of the locker and I found the service expensive if you want to leave your luggage a few hours.

Bonjour Ivan, merci de nous faire part de votre avis, les espaces City-Locker sont surveillés par nos caméras de vidéosurveillance 24h/24h 7j/7, notre équipe veille à ce que vos bagages soient stockés dans la plus grande sécurité possible. Notre assurance couvre également vos effets personnels à hauteur de 1500 euros par casier. Et tout cela à un coût effectivement, et nous sommes les seuls sur Paris à vous proposer ce niveau de sécurisation. Et de plus, ramener au bagages cela coute 3,75€ pour la journée (8:00-22:00) Nous espérons avoir répondu à vos interrogations et vous souhaitons une excellente journée !

Near the train station. Big locker. Two medium sized and one small sized suitcases fit in the locker. You can open as often as you want. Unfortunately you already must retourn to keep your stuff until 10 pm

However, storage’s addresses are clearly indicated on the website just before ordering a booking. Furthermore, there is also a Google Maps which allows you to measure the distance and time from your departure location to the storage. Thank for using our service TASSIA The size of the lockers is H.61cm x W.48cm x D.85cm. This dimension is suitable for most large suitcases and should allow to fit up to 4 small luggages international IATA format (55 x 35 x 20cm) so that the number that can feat in on luggage depends of your locker size. So our lockers can feat up tu 4 luggaes ONLY and ONLY if the size of locker ins under or equal to the IATA format (55 x 35 x 20cm)

Ideally, there would be a cancellation window, which would make it even easier to use. It would also be nice if they offered a half-day option, not just full-day rentals.

El local no está tan cerca de la Torre Eiffel, hay que caminar bastante, el moverse dentro del local cuando coincides con otras personas resulta incómodo, lo positivo es el tamaño del lockers, es grande y cómodo para 4 maletas.

The website indicated that one suitcase was allowed per locker. So we took two lockers and gambled that our backpacks could be added. In the end, 1 locker had been perfect and it would have been a waste of money. What's more, it smelled terrible and wasn't clean.

Hello, we'd like to remind you of the size of our lockers: Locker dimensions: W.48cm x H.61cm x D.85cm. This size is suitable for most large suitcases and can hold up to 4 pieces of IATA international size cabin luggage (55 x 35 x 20cm). Indeed, if your luggage is larger, the number of pieces of luggage that can fit in a locker is smaller; we are therefore surprised to see that you mention any other information. In addition, have you contacted customer service to request a refund for the 2nd locker? As for the odors, there have indeed been problems with the drainage of waste water in the building, which we regret. It's a shame that you chose not to contact us and to spontaneously give us a bad review when everything could have been sorted out in a friendly atmosphere. We remain at your entire disposal to discuss the matter.

Quite good, the locker had some difficulties to open, only at the third attempt it opened. I suggest to specify better which code is to enter at the front door and which one at the keyboard inside

It would be great to have a possibility to cancel my booking before started the booking time.
My plans changed and I didn't use lockers - just lost money on it. Fast online booking in general, very usefeull.

This is a good value service close to Gare Du Nord. The only negative experience I had was the short walk between the station and the storage location - not the best part of town and I would be uncomfortable doing this late at night.
