Very convenient, gets very busy and not a lot of room to with others using at the same time.

Our locker was open when we arrived. There was a sign that said: don’t use it if the locker is already open. So we were insecure if we should use it and wanted to contact the number. but when we called, it said that this number doesn’t exist. In the end we did not use it as went to the hotel as this whole company seemed a bit shady to us. It was also weird that only our locker was open. A real bummer as we lost time and money.

It would be very practical to indicate the internal size of the locker when booking to have an idea of what you are booking.

easy to find, but breaks down from time to time; broke down when we arrived, but fortunately the technician was already on site. Neither the front door nor the locker opened properly, but fortunately everything worked fine in the evening.

Hello, I have found the citylocker a good service, but we have payed for 3 little bags and 1 trolley for 3 lockers but we have used just 1,we didn't understand the measure of the locker!

The location was easy to find, the locker was easy to open and place was ok. However it was not possible to lock the main entrance. Still, we felt our luggage is safe.

The scheme is clever and useful but the realization is anything but intuitive. Simply figuring out how to open the door puzzled everyone we saw there. We also could have very easily used just one locker and that would have made the expense easier to justify, but the app asks you how many bags you have rather than, how much room you need. Overall, it was very useful even if a bit expensive.

The # on the door lock didn't look like a pound / hashtag sign so I had difficulty entering. My suitcase was heavy so I needed a bottom locker. I didn't get to choose and was given a top locker.

Hello Jin, Thank you for using our service. Regarding the price, it is from 12€ for 14 hours for up to 4 luggages means 0,22€/hours/luggage for a full day rent. We guaranty you won't find a cheaper price in Paris unless you leave your luggage to a friend apartment :)! This system is excellent in theory, but it breaks down when too many people try to access the building at one time. It is challenging to keep codes private when there is a mob of people around the door trying to figure out how to reserve a locker. Many people thought the location was staffed. This was only a problem in the morning, when dropping off our bags. None of this was an issue when we picked up in the mid-afternoon.
