I paid for the locker and then waited for the email for the code to use which didn't arrive. I email and phoned but still no reply.
i then went direct to the locker and paid again to use it. Therefore my advise is not to pay for it on line and just go direct to the locker and pay. otherwise you will pay twice. I would still like my money back for the first payment.

Not really great for big groups or more than one large luggage as the lockers and literally only fit one. But I would say super roomy for people with many small luggage bags and suitcases. Location is convenient and close to station to the airport. There is also space to open and repack luggage if needed.

O site induz em erro porque parece que o cacifo fica dentro da estação e não é verdade, fica muito longe quando se trás mochilas às costas. Demoramos uns bons 10-15 minutos a a chegar lá.
O cacifo é muito espaçoso.

The whole experience was seamless and very happy we chose city locker after checking many options. The only watchout is, after viewing the video on their website and measuring my luggage, I was still under the impression that 4 medium suitcases could fit in a single locker -- it's actually 4 of the small carryons. We had 1 large and 2 medium plus 2 backpacks and luckily ordered 2 lockers. I also really like that the outside door is locked and you need a code to get in. There were several people just trying to get in off the street without a code.

Easy but misleading booking, the locker should be called Bastille and not Gare de Lyon. It should be possible to choose the height of the locker.

It was useful, the location was close to the metro and our bags were safe for the whole day. The price is really good, as the locker can hold a lot of bags- in my case it was 1 carry on, 2 full backpacks, and 2 purses. The only thing I did not like is that they give you 2 codes, 1 for the door and 1 for your locker, but we noticed that the door was always open and the code was never needed, which made it feel kind of unsafe (this was in March 2024 in the Opèra location). In the end, nothing happened, our bags were safe and it was the best option to enjoying our last day in Paris without the pressure of bags! I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The locker was too small and by no means it could hold 4 luggages. I had to pay for another one to put our second luggage in. It may be able to hold one or two carry-ons depending on the width and height. Overall, a misrepresentation of what is being offered at a prime rate. It is not worth it.

Inside the gare de l’est there are safe lockers for half the price and for 24 hours or even longer. I didn t know that. Otherwise I wouldn’t use city locker

This loker is located on rue de Lyon but is definitely not at Gare de Lyon (although that's what I had indicated in my Google search)... The result was that instead of walking 11 minutes with heavy suitcases and backpacks, I took another locker directly from the station. This cost me €17.50 as it was impossible to cancel the reservation... It felt like a scam.... Or how to abuse the trust of tourists who don't know Paris!!!!

Using the service was easy with the exception of getting in at the beginning. I don't know why but the code wasn't working initially. We only used this for ~ 6 hours but it sure saved us time and lugging things around. All 3 carry ons and 3 backpacks fit in a locker. I liked that it was a little room that we could get our bearings together before heading back out for travel.
