The location is not too far away from gare de lyon but with heavy bags to carry, it quite feels like a long way. if it was in the train station or right next to it, it would be even better. Functionality wise, it’s excellent and absolutely recommendable!!

Seemed a safe situation to me, I didn’t realize I had to register online prior, so I lost some time in front of the store, also because there was bad phone service. A little bit too expensive €15 for a few hours.

everything was perfect, but the price could be a little low

Easy to find and easy to access the door and allocated locker. Very secure and felt confident leaving my luggage. Measurements given were accurate. We left 2 generous cabin size suitcases in one locker and there would have been ample room for a large rucksack/bag. Would have given 5 stars if cheaper for shorter use.

The location is far from the Eiffel Tower. The space is very small and there were a lot of people inside: impossible to move around. Expensive.

Everything worked fine. Easy reservation and easy access to locker. The only suggestion is that it should be possible to know if there's any locker available at the place you want before you pay. Because you only get a confirmation after you pay. What happens there isn't any locker available? You will be sent to another site, distant from where you need?

The process of renting a locker and getting the access code works smoothly.

Good service, not sure how it compares price-wise to other locker facilities as I didn't do much research beforehand.

The idea is good but leaving everything at the service of a computer is not so good. There is no staff to guide or assist you, much less someone to help you if you make a mistake. There is also no option to change the reservation date, after a mistake, horrible.

Hice una reserva de una taquilla para dejar mis maletas en Paris y jamás pude usar el servicio. Las claves que me dieron para abrir la puerta y la taquilla, no funcionaron, llamé al teléfono de soporte que tienen, para que me ayudaran y jamás me atendieron. Deje tres mensajes en el contestador y jamás me llamaron para darme soporte. Eso si, los 8€ que pagué por hacer la reserva anticipada, si que los han cobrado. He pedido a PayPal que me devuelvan el dinero que les he pagado, ya que no han cumplido con su compromiso. El servicio de atención al cliente una autentica vergüenza. Jamás volveré a usar City Locker y por supuesto no voy a recomendárselo a nadie. Una estafa y una basura de servicio.

Practical. A little expensive when you don't need to drop off your luggage for the day. The price could be adapted to the number of hours used.
