When I booked the locker, I did not pay attention to the luggages’ dimensions mentioned. Such information should be clear - it is mentioned below the renting date (you have to scroll down to see it).
So anyway, i could not fit my luggage in the locker, and there was no one there to discuss about the refund or cancellation - it is a self service I guess.

Comme vous les précisez, il est très important de vérifier la taille des bagages avant de finaliser votre reservation; Pour rappel L 48 cm x H 61 cm x P 85 cm. Cette dimension convient à la plupart des grandes valises et peut contenir jusqu'à 4 bagages cabine format international IATA (55 x 35 x 20 cm). Les dimensions figurent en pages d’accueil de notre site sous forme de texte et de GIF afin de vous alerte sur les dimensions des casiers ce qui vous a apparement échappé, ce que nous regrettons. Le système étant automatisé aucune aide sur place ne peut vous être apporter mais une hotline disponible 7/7 de 8:00 à 22:00 aurait pu vous apporter une réponse commerciale et notament vous proposer un avoir du montant de votre réservation valable 6 mois. Nous restons bien évidement à votre disposition soit par téléphone soit @ [email protected] pour tout complement d’information. Perhaps I didn't look carefully beforehand, but it was noted that this cuty locker was located in Chatelet, but it was still a 20min walk from the Chatelet metro station. It would be better to find out which metro station was closest to the cuty locker, i.e. Réaumur Sébastopol or Arts et Métiers. The walking time with luggage was long... once there, everything went very smoothly, nothing to complain about.

The codes aren’t secure at all, it is the door code plus your locker number and if anyone catches on, they can just access your locker very easily.

Great description, easy to book and easy to find. The code machine took a bit to work. Had to retype a few times. Our trolleys were a bit bigger so only 2 could fit into the box plus a backpack and some bags.

The locker is fantastic, super easy to access and use. The only downside is that, since the lot are very big and can contain 4 luggage, if you are alone or need to leave just one bag is pretty expensive. So it's perfect for small groups or couples who has big luggage.

The service is good, there is no question about that. Lockers are big enough. The space is clean and very easy to use. The price, however, is too high for short-time storage as I did. Would give a 5-star review if there were better pricing options.

Die Reservierung des Schließfächer war sehr einfach und Citylocker hat auch einen sehr guten Standort. Die Schließfächer waren durch die Passwörter einfach zu öffnen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: In dem Raum gab es kaum Belüftung und es war sehr heiß. Deutlich wärmer als draußen.

The overall experience was good, I just think the service could have different prices according the time of usage, in my case, for example, I used for almost 3 hours and paid 15 euros, a little expensive considering the number of hours I used.

The website was easy to navigate and I was able to book locker space in Paris for later the same week. The site selected was close to Gare du Nord in a not great area but easy to access before going to the airport. There were no problems accessing the site or the lockers booked. It saved us having to haul rucksacks around all day before catching a late-evening plane.

I’ve used this city locker 3 times in the last years and it was always a good experience. It’s fairly close to chatelet les halles (10min walk) and even closer to other stations. The lockers are big and the system works well. Some of the locker codes (not all) are just the door code and the locker number, which doesn’t feel safe, that should be looked into)

The booking process of a coin locker is too difficult. Too many steps and takes a lot of time. Also virtual cards are not accepted. Too expensive! Would never use ir if I was alone. Despite all, it worked in the end.

Location was great and size was good for one medium size luggage along with two bag packs.
However would have been good to be able to choose the level given that I had a luggage it was quite the work out to heave it up.
