A little bit expensive ( I paid 15€ for only bag pack.) but if you have a lot of luggage, maybe, it’s ok

Misleading information on the internet. You indicate a price starting from 2 Euros. When I got there, I had to pay 15 Euros. Wrong information on internet. You indicate a price from 2 Euros. When I arrive, I had to pay for 15 Euros. It is extremely expensive.

Gerar experience. I just wish It would be closer to Chatelet/Lês Halles station.

One thing. Does everybody have the samen door code? In that case it would be easy to crack the code of the safes. Because it is simple to ad the safenumber and surround it with 2 #.

Unfortunately, the door did not open with the code we were given, even after the designated opening time. We were on a tight time schedule, so we had to scramble to find a nearby hotel to pay to leave our bags and didn’t get to use the locker we paid for.

Thanks so much for providing this wonderful convenience! I had a bit of frustration with the key pad on the actual locker. I’m not sure some of the keys were working correctly. After several attempts at the Châtelet location I was able to gain access. This was the case for a gentleman who had come to retrieve his luggage after me, as well. I told him to keep trying — and after several attempts his locker opened too. My visit was about two weeks ago now. Perhaps the problem has been resolved by now. I hate to ever complain when some one has provided such a convenience for me, but since there was a bit of frustration I thought I would let you know. A few days later I used your location at Rue de Gare with absolutely no problems! Thank you so much.

It was a conveniently located place to leave our luggage after check out and before our train left. The lockers are smaller than they claimed and we ended up needing three for our bags. We had three carry ons, one large bag, and a couple backpacks. I would say the lockers only held 3 carry ons not the four they claim.

Super expensive. 15 euros for 2 hours

A bit difficult to find and quite a walk from Les Halles/Chatelet underground station, but easy to handle once you are there.

As the service is offer as a self-service that depends on internet to be used, I think it would be better if there was a wi-fi network avaiable for customers.

The lockers were good snd spackous but too far away from Les Halles walking with suitcases

Not really cheap for one day, but affordable. Everything else works safe and easy.

Easy and smooth process to book online and access the locker location. Convenient location. Day access only.

Very convenient if you're taking the Roissybus to the airport, but the exterior door wasn't locked the day I was there, so I have to admit that I was concerned that my luggage may not be there when I returned and only stored my bags because I had already paid online. The reason for my concern was that there were a few of the lockers with missing doors that had obviously been pried off. I was relieved to find that my bags were still there when I returned, and would use the service again if the exterior door is secure, as publicized on City Locker website.

quite practical solution to store your luggage. Typing the code required a certain skillfulness, but finally we manged to type the numers in the proper way.

Easy access and nice value

Overall the expérience was good. We often had to enter the code for the locker more than once as it wouldn't open first go. It was a very convenient service and close to where I was staying.

When I was leaving my luggage at the locker another group arrived and they had a reservation with the exact same code and locker as I had.
By chance I was still at the location. otherwise I might got my stuff robbed.

No non-refundable cancellations

I think this is a great option to drop bags off in between lodgings. This particular location is somewhat close to the train station. It was easy to enter the codes. The locker is not quite as big as they advertise. The locker only held 3 carryon suitcases instead of 4. The locker does not hold 2 medium suitcases together. Instead you need 2?lockers for 2 medium suitcases which leaves a bit of extra space in each locker. I believe for what we paid for 3 lockers - 4 carryons and 2 medium suitcases - at City Locker, we could’ve paid a little less at Nanny Bag and not have to walk as far.

Good location nearby the two railway stations. Size of locker okay, citylocker room a little bit small but okay.

Horrible experience! I paid for the service and then a code was never sent to my email. I’ve put in multiple complaints and tried calling the help line many times but have received no help.

After reserving the locker and arriving at the city locker, we found that it was locked and that the code sent to us did not work to open the door. We also met people in the same situation as us. To make matters worse, the answering machine went dead every time we tried to contact customer service. As you can imagine, we didn't get the service we had paid for and, despite our messages, we didn't get our money back.

Easy to book and pay, central location, lockers big enough to stash all your luggage. Bit expensive maybe but I guess that’s their business model.

Good this service exists. Lockers are good size. Code to get into the locker room did not work twice when we returned to get luggage.

Convenient location. Clean. Would have been perfect if it was open 24/7 though

The website was quite nice. Figuring out the date and pricing were a bit confusing though.

When I arrived to pick up my bags, my door code wouldn't open the door. Others people where locked out as well, and we all waited for over 30 minutes for the door to open during normal business hours. I almost missed my flight. Never again.

Very good option for us: 11am checkout and tickets for Eiffel Tower. Code got us in the door, then similar, but different code opened the pre-asssigned locker from the central keypad. I might prefer to choose my locker but this method ensures that we put our stuff in the assigned place. Overall would use again if needing to store luggage.

Location is easy find, a quick walk from Paris Gare du Nord. Fairly clean, and the locker was spacious and easily fit 4 duffel bags, 3 backbacks, and a carry-on.
