It was difficult to figure out how to open the locker so perhaps clearer instructions could be put up. However there was very good communication by phone which sorted it out very quickly

It was initally a bit confusing to understand how it all works, but once you understand it , everything works well and as expected.

The individual code for each locker is the locker number, which isn't very secure. So anyone who knows this trick can reserve a locker and go and open the others.

Hello, I would like to reassure you that the service is 100% secure. The codes are unique per locker and per day. We change all the codes every day. It is therefore impossible to open another locker.

Easy to use. A bit pricey, but it was nice to be able to leave my bags for the day and access them multiple times. Customer service was quick to help when I needed it too. Would recommend.

The price advertised was 2 Euros, the price we paid was 12... misleading info. Then, we couldn't unlock the lockers very easily. Luckily we are engineers and worked it out!

Everything was easy to do. The locker floor could have been a little bit cleaner; there was some slight debris in the bottom, probably from suitcase wheels. But I’m very picky about cleanliness, so would probably be fine for most people.
My bag was fine in the end and I had no problems. Would probably use again.
