The idea is good but leaving everything at the service of a computer is not so good. There is no staff to guide or assist you, much less someone to help you if you make a mistake. There is also no option to change the reservation date, after a mistake, horrible.

Hello , Thank you very much for entrusting us with your luggage, we are sorry if you found our service expensive, we always try to offer the best service at the best price available given that our rates are for lockers and not per bag and that you can put up to 4 bags per locker or maximum 3.75€ per bag for a day(8:00-22:00). No pongo cero estrellas porque no se puede.
Hice una reserva de una taquilla para dejar mis maletas en Paris y jamás pude usar el servicio. Las claves que me dieron para abrir la puerta y la taquilla, no funcionaron, llamé al teléfono de soporte que tienen, para que me ayudaran y jamás me atendieron. Deje tres mensajes en el contestador y jamás me llamaron para darme soporte. Eso si, los 8€ que pagué por hacer la reserva anticipada, si que los han cobrado. He pedido a PayPal que me devuelvan el dinero que les he pagado, ya que no han cumplido con su compromiso. El servicio de atención al cliente una autentica vergüenza. Jamás volveré a usar City Locker y por supuesto no voy a recomendárselo a nadie. Una estafa y una basura de servicio.

Le prix de 15€/jour/4 bagages , soit 3,75€ du bagages pour la journée ce qui fait de notre service le moins cher de Paris aux vues du niveau de sécurisation du baggage que nous offrons. Super convenient! Online booking and payment, no need to queue to drop off or pick up your luggage, very reasonable price: one box can hold at least 2 carry-on suitcases, plus coats and small bags... There were 4 of us, so as a precaution I booked 2 boxes. City locker Paris on rue de Lyon is right next to the Bastille metro station, so there's no need to travel miles.
Access is by code at the front door. Once inside, simply go to the terminal and follow the on-screen instructions to unlock your box.
