Very good service. I only suggest to have something like a "Totem", an device, a fix phone or a real person at the room in case of some problem. Exist a number to call and a channel to chat, but as a tourist, not always we have internet or mobile phone connections

It was so easy to book online and 15€ to be baggage-less and explore Paris however you want for the day really isn’t expensive! Nice experience!

Easy and hassle free luggage storage close to Eiffel Tower. I used it twice and I don’t face any technical problems at all. I was bit worried after seeing some reviews in the beginning. If you go with the proper instructions, you will get a good service.

I did not receive the code to actually get into the locker in the confirmation email. When I called, there was no response. As the lockers are non-refundable I would not recommend as I cannot get the money back.

Hello Mrs Greathead, After reading your review during your time at City-Locker, we are truly sorry that you had a bad experience, indeed in case of surbooking we immediately refund the customers and we propose 15% off discount to book in another location. Unfortunately, in your case, we didn't see that it happened. However, we would be happy to refund your booking. Have a great day and we hope to see you soon in one of our stores.

Very easy to use, we were able to go back and pick up or store more stuff in the same locker throughout the day as needed. Very safe option for storage. Will use again.

Clean lockers, safe place. However the size does not fit 4 x 24 inch suitcases. Only 2.
Also some are highly siruated which makes lifting heavy luggage bags into it very difficult.

Hello Lang Ha, Thank you for sharing your opinion, the lockers sizes are written on our website and can be stored up to 4 luggages (IATA Regulations), it also depends on the luggages size of course. We hope to see you again in one of our storages very soon ! Have a nice day.

The location is good, between Eiffel tower and Invalids, and you can reach it by train or bus easily.
The access with security code was very easy and safe. The same with the process to open the locker.
Very clean and safe, easily to repeat and recommend.
